Poor Experience
Last month while in Rome we booked the Rome: City Highlights Golf Cart Tour with Luxurbe. Firstly, although we requested and paid for to be picked at our hotel which was an additional 30 Euros our driver Fabio contacted me and asked that we walk to a location chosen by him. It was not a very long walk but I feel we did not have the service we paid for. Also, based on the package we chose we should have had 14 stops. According to us, we did not see or stop at the following 5 stops and were not given any reason why we did not: Pantheon Peroni Store Circus Maximus Mouth of Truth Aventine Keyhole During our tour I did not think of checking what our package included but instead relied on our guide to take us to all of the included stops. I reached out to Luxurbe 3 times for an explanation, with no response. If anyone books with this company just make sure to have a list of all the included stops as between not being picked up at our hotel and the stops that were missed, we do not feel we got our money’s worth.
