Find someone else
Just kept on going around and around the gardens. Missed seeing the west of the Berlin wall and other sites. Leo was late due to a flat tyre, did not keep in contact to say what was happening - had to ring him continuously to find out where he was. It was a morning tour and he kept on stopping to buy himself a beer on the way. This was definitely NOT acceptable. I use a walking stick and he insisted on putting it in the back of the rickshaw, it fell out and scraped on the ground, was bent and dammaged. I lost the wrist strap. No apologies, no compensation. My husband knew more history than he did and Leo said he was from Berlin! Not happy with this tour at all.

No-Show, no contact, do not try
Cannot give 0 stars. Booked a romantic tour for our anniversary. Paid upfront, driver never showed up. Tried for 3 days before the tour to get in touch via email, phone and WhatsApp. No responses at all. Will ask for a full refund.

2 hour adventure
Our guide was fluent in English which was brilliant. He was very friendly and chatty and stopped to let us take photos etc. It was great going to parts of Berlin that we probably wouldn’t have had the time to go to. The blanket was very appreciated too as it was chilly. Great way to spend a few hours, thanks

Excellen, fun and quick way to see Berlin's main attractions
I was in Berlin on business and wanted to see the city in the evening after work. Since I was on my own and it was my first time in Berlin, I asked Leo if he could pick me up from my hotel in the Kantstrasse. I had booked a two hour tour, so him picking me up and leaving me back at the hotel added another 40 or so minutes to the trip. Leo was fantastic. He arrived on time at 6.30pm,despite all the traffic and proceeded to show me around Berlin. It was a very enjoyable four hours, with Leo cycling through parts of the Tiergarten, to the Wall, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, Museum Island, Berliner Dom, Bebelplatz book burning memorial, Berlin State Opera, Holocaust Memorial, Victory Column (Siegessäule), Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Neue Wache (New Guard), amongst others. At one point the weather suddenly turned and it started rain, but we managed to wait under a canopy on the Museum Island. Leo is a very personable and engaged tour guide who obviously enjoys what he does. I highly recommend him.
