Don’t use Viator
The audio worked for the first stop then it quit. Kept getting a message to make sure was in open area which I was. Never could get it to work. Waste of money. I received email from Viator and they denied I purchased from them. Contrary my credit card statement says Viator, emails and even this reminder to leave a review was from Viator. Trust me I won’t use them again. They owe me a full refund

Not happy
As I told Viator via email, the audio worked for first stop then nothing. It kept telling me no gps. I was in the open. Viator told me I didn’t purchase from them. But my credit card, emails from Viator tell me a different story. I would like a full refund

Not Happy with Application.
I couldn't download audio. This application wouldn't work. It quite simply didn't do what it advertised.
