We are BOMVOO.rio, the most traditional and veteran Paragliding School in Brazil!!! _______________________________________________________________ I, TAVINHO, have been a mountaineering guide since 1979 In 1989, I created the first paragliding school in Brazil. My academic and HR background allows me to work on your skills so that the experience is much more than “a fun paragliding trip”. _______________________________________________________________ I, AUGUSTO, am a paraglider free flight instructor with 28 years of experience. 20 years dedicated specifically to tandem flights. I have several specialization courses in first aid and flight safety. ________________________________________________________________ Our work philosophy: "Provoking emotion in each person, based on the breadth and capacity of human development, leading the experience of free flying into transformation and a milestone in life!"

Amazing!
This was the best thing I did for my birthday while in Rio!! The operator was so nice and made me feel comfortable with the process. He even sung me happy birthday after we landed. I encourage anyone to book this amazing experience.

Just do It!
I had an amazing flight with Luiz as my paragliding pilot. His enthusiasm and joy sharing a sport he is passionate about is obvious. I felt safe and the launch process was thoroughly explained beforehand. I recommend this company for this experience. Just do it!

It was an awesome experience! Augusto was great and helped me get comfortabel and explained everything in good english. He is a nice Guy with a good energy who makes you feel ad eas. I really enjoyed this Adventure and love the 360 you can buy extra.

Exhilarating Experience
This was a once in a lifetime experience. Everybody needs to paraglide at some point in their lives. Augusto is a great pilot and the communication from start to finish was superb. Highly highly recommend.

Horrible worst instructor ever !! (Don’t book)
For starters it was impossible to get in contact with the operators then once I did they changed our times off take off 3 times (very unprofessional) then once we got there everything seemed to be fine till we got in this tiny car packed to the fullest , once we got on the mountain my girlfriends instructor was very friendly & nice guy mine on the other hand no so much very rude & irritated he literally paraglided without me leaving me on a mountain by myself with no communication, I then had to contact the company & waited 2 hours on this mountain by myself while my girlfriend was stranded on the beach by herself while I waited for a new instructor to come. Then the company finally sent me a new person then we took off a 2 hour event turned to 4 1/2 hours waisting alot of my time ruining my itinerary. I was not happy at all then they lied saying they fired my original instructor when I seen him back on the mountain as I was preparing to jump horrible company & experience would not book or recommend these guys what so ever !!!!!!

Regarding our transportation to the takeoff ramp, please note that we do not carry luggage, but rather flight equipment, which is transported along with the instructors and clients. The vehicles used are specifically designated for this short and quick route, which takes approximately 15 minutes. At the ramp, multiple companies operate paragliding flights, and there is a designated order for takeoff that we must respect. Additionally, we are required to follow strict safety protocols and conduct proper training before takeoff. As we are currently in high season, the takeoff area is very busy with many people and tourists. Regarding the instructor, we sincerely apologize; he is no longer providing services for our company and was replaced immediately. As for your girlfriend, she was not left unattended at the landing area. The instructor who flew with her provided full assistance until your arrival. The flight club has all the necessary infrastructure to accommodate clients from all companies. Finally, we completed the flight with you, and to compensate for any inconvenience, we provided you and your girlfriend with videos recorded on the Insta 360-degree camera, which is not included in the standard booking package. We are truly sorry for any discomfort you experienced, and we assure you that this does not reflect our company’s standards, as evidenced by our excellent reviews on Viator, of which we are proud members.
