    It was ok

The place was lovely, clean, you could tell it was new. Staff were polite and helpful. BUT, lagoon was crowded with loud and seemingly drunk tourists. Unfortunately the staff did nothing to stop this behavior. Don’t go during the weekend! As for the tour provider: they were on time and very well organized. Pick up and drop off were smooth and efficient. The vehicle was clean and driver was attentive.

Konstantinos is the best driver! Reykjaboo hot springs is a hit!

Konstantinos was a great driver and he also volunteered as a guide. I learned so much about Iceland from him. And we shared a love of nature and current events. I would highly recommend any trip whe Konstantinos is your driver- you will have a great time! I also want to mention that I have a mobility challenge with walking and he was very helpful and looked out for me. I also highly recommend the hot springs, they have only been open two weeks/ but the place is amazing and unique. They have a good thing - the setting is beautiful and the hot spring, cold plunge, sauna and architecture is outstanding

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re delighted to hear that Konstantinos made your experience so special, sharing his knowledge and taking such great care of you. We’re also thrilled that you loved the unique setting and relaxing experience at Reykjaböð. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Konstantinos! 😊 Warm regards, Patricia
