Such a rich opportunity...
Such a rich opportunity wasted. Tour guide was really just a driver. He took us to most areas on itinerary but there was no commentary along the way. He did not even tell us where we were - I only knew by following Google maps and comparing with itinerary. We stayed about 20 minutes in Grindavík and were back at hotel 1.5 hours early - he was also half an hour late in picking us up. Very disappointing

During the tour, I did provide explanations at the different points of interest, including the geothermal areas, volcanic landscape, and other locations we visited. That said, I do acknowledge one part of your feedback: I could have provided more commentary while we were driving between the stops. I understand how that would have made the journey more informative and helped connect the different places we visited. The weather that day was also unusually cold and rainy, which made it difficult to spend extended periods outdoors at some of the locations. Nevertheless, I understand that this can affect the overall feeling of a tour, and I’m sorry if it contributed to your disappointment. Regarding the pickup time, I apologize for being late. However, I had informed you in advance that traffic was causing a delay, so this was communicated before the pickup. I always appreciate honest feedback, and I will take your comments about the in-vehicle commentary seriously. There is always room to improve, and I want our guests to not only see Iceland’s remarkable landscapes but also understand the stories, geology, and history behind them. Every stop was Fantastic
I've done a lot of tours and the one thing I liked about this one was that every stop genuinely made you say "Wow." No filler, no "oh geeze, are we killing time here," stops at all. A beautiful view of the ocean, an amazing lighthouse, new lava, geothermal hot spot, the continental divide -- everything was worth seeing. This is not the only great tour I've been on in Iceland, but this one was DEFINITELY worth the money.

Wonderful experience!
An amazing tour to experience Icelands Southwest region and learn about geothermal and volcanic activity. The guide is extremely knowledgeable about Icelandic history and the formation of Iceland. Especially enjoyed the tour of the geothermal pools, walking from Eurasia to North Americas tectonic plates and learning. The cites were beautiful and got a personified look of Iceland outside of Reykjavik.

GREAT TOUR. GREAT GUIDE.
TEKA met us at KEF airport took us on an amazing tour, dropped us at our hotel, returned the next day and took us to the cruise port. He is personable, knowledgeable and we enjoyed being with him. I was injured and to ensure our safety he got in the back seat to buckle me in. The pictures will show the beautiful places he took us. I never touched my luggage until it was in my hotel room. I wouldn’t your with anyone else if we go back. Thank you TEKA
