    Safari and fort

This tour was a great experience! Faisal, our driver, picked us up and was really friendly and organised. The journey to the fort was very fun and we were FORTunate to see a crocodile. Lunch was really good. We were in a 6 person keep for the safari which was really nice and although we did not see any tigers, we had a really lovely time.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had such a great experience on your Ranthambore day trip. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Faisal — he’ll be very happy to know you enjoyed his service and the journey. And we’re glad you had a little “FORTune” with the crocodile! 😊 While tiger sightings can never be guaranteed in the wild, we’re happy that you enjoyed the safari, the beautiful surroundings, and the overall experience. Thank you for choosing VWI Tours, and we hope to welcome you back to India for another adventure — hopefully with a tiger sighting next time! 🐅😊 Warm regards, Team VWI Tours

    Amazing Time!

5/5 experience! My driver Nitu was friendly, gift store stop off was fun, fort walkaround was scenic, restaurant meal was tasty (chips/plain naan available for those worried about food), and the tiger experience was great, saw two of them. Highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Hi Robert, Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you had such an amazing experience on your Ranthambore day trip. It’s great to know you enjoyed every part of the journey — from the scenic fort visit and tasty meal to the overall safari experience. And spotting two tigers… that’s truly special and very lucky! 🐅 A special thank you for mentioning Nitu — we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to him. He’ll be very happy to know he made your trip even more enjoyable. We really appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back to India for more incredible experiences in the future! Three tiger sightings in one safari in Zone 4

Wonderful experience. Professional driver. Smooth ticketing process. We had requested Zone 4 and it was duly arranged by the operator. We saw 3 tigers in one safari. Once in a lifetime experience

Response from the operator: Dear Shantanu, Thank you so much for your wonderful review 😊 We’re truly delighted to hear that you had such an incredible experience, especially spotting three tigers in a single safari — that’s absolutely amazing and indeed a once-in-a-lifetime moment! We’re glad you appreciated the smooth arrangements and your driver’s professionalism. Regarding the safari zones, we always do our very best to arrange bookings in the preferred or targeted zones as requested by our guests. However, as you mentioned, the final allocation is managed by the forest authorities — and sometimes, a little bit of luck plays a big role in such memorable sightings 😊 We’re really happy that everything worked out perfectly for you! Thank you once again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure in India.

    A great experience

Very good trip with Nizan as our driver. He picked us up on time from our hotel before taking the journey towards Rathambore. Very knowledgable and good English. We had good conversations about India and the culture here. He was a good smooth driver. After leaving Jaipur, we made a stop on the way for the toilet. We arrived at Rathambore where a jeep takes you up to the fort. This is all included and entry into the fort is included. We spent around an hour at the fort before going to a hotel for lunch. It is a very good lunch and we ordered 2 dishes, a rice, a garlic naan and a massala which was all included in the price of this tour. Drinks however are not included, though not expensive. The hotel was a nice hotel with good staff serving the food. At around 2pm, the Canter picked us up for the safari from the front of hotel. It is very exposed on the canter in the sun, so it is worth bringing lots of drink and a hat. The driver did try to ensure we stayed in the shade during the safari however. If you forget a hat, on the entrance to the safari there are locals trying to sell hats, we brought a Rathambore National Park branded safari hat for 500 rupees, it seemed good quality, but I heard other people got theirs for 400. Inside the park, we were in zones 4/5. The guide was very informative and answered all questions. We’re are two main transports in the park, a canter or a gypsy. A gypsy is a jeep with a smaller about of people (usually 4) whereas a canter has around 20 people. The canter was fine and we were still able to see all animals. We saw wild deer, boar, peacocks, crocodiles and a tiger from a distance. After the safari, we met Nizan again who took us back to our hotel in Jaipur, where we continued to have more insightful and good chats on the way back home. In total, we were picked up at 07:30am and arrived back at our hotel at around 9pm I would definitely recommend this tour, Nizan was great and made the long car journey a lot easier with the context and information he provided in the area. Whilst the tour is a little more expensive than other, it removed the hassle of having to figure out the cost of the transport and the journey to/from the fort.

Response from the operator: Dear Bobby, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed and thoughtful feedback about your Ranthambore tour experience. We are very happy to hear that you had a great trip and that Nizan made the journey comfortable and enjoyable for you. He will be very pleased to know that his driving, knowledge, and conversations about India and its culture helped make your experience even more memorable. It is also wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the visit to Ranthambore Fort, the lunch, and the safari experience in the park. Seeing wildlife including deer, boar, peacocks, crocodiles, and even a tiger from a distance is always a special moment for our guests. Your feedback about the canter safari, the sun exposure, and bringing hats and drinks is also very helpful for future travelers, and we truly appreciate you sharing these details. Thank you again for recommending the tour. It was our pleasure to organize this experience for you, and we hope to welcome you back to India again in the future. Warm regards, Sukret VWI Tours

Ranthambore Tiger Safari Day Trip from Jaipur – All Inclusive: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jaipur.

How much does Ranthambore Tiger Safari Day Trip from Jaipur – All Inclusive cost?

    +

Prices start at $40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jaipur usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Ranthambore Tiger Safari Day Trip from Jaipur – All Inclusive take?

    +

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jaipur is not rushed.

Is Ranthambore Tiger Safari Day Trip from Jaipur – All Inclusive worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 94 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Jaipur, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Ranthambore Tiger Safari Day Trip from Jaipur – All Inclusive?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Ranthambore Tiger Safari Day Trip from Jaipur – All Inclusive suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Ranthambore Tiger Safari Day Trip from Jaipur – All Inclusive?

    +

Around 33 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jaipur can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jaipur and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Ranthambore Tiger Safari Day Trip from Jaipur – All Inclusive start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jaipur within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Jaipur?

    +

On Outty we rank every Jaipur experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Sunrise Taj Mahal Tour from Delhi By Car -All inclusive, Private Jaipur Full One Day Tour In Pink City With Guide, Private Full Day Jaipur Sightseeing Tour By Tuk Tuk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Jaipur?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Jaipur?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
