All out Rabat Food Tour
I contacted Mohamed from United States before I visited Morocco to set up a custom food tour for my wife and I. He communicated effortlessly and even helped in planning things that didn’t include his company. The tour itself was outstanding for us! He is fluent in English (which is rare in Morocco since their primary languages are Arabic and French). Not only did we visit the famous landmarks in Rabat, but we ended up at his mother’s house for a big, home-cooked dinner. Highly recommend his company for food tours and other guided travel adventures!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re thrilled to hear that planning your custom tour with Mohamed was smooth and helpful, even beyond the tour itself. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed exploring Rabat’s highlights and experiencing a warm, home-cooked meal with his family, truly a special part of Moroccan hospitality. We’re grateful for your recommendation and so happy the tour was a memorable highlight of your trip. Thank you again!

A bountiful feast of all things Moroccan!
Our guide Mohamed was amazing! We not only learned about the local cuisine but also the culture, the city and its history. Each morsel had a story and a connection to the people. We sampled so many things from street bites and sweets to an incredible feast of tangine and couscous. Our final stop was tea and sweets by the River. We also had the opportunity to visit during Ramadan and learn about customs and practices that are observed - our guide broke his daily fast with us over dinner.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much! 😊 We're so happy you had such a rich and meaningful experience with Mohamed — he truly brings the culture and cuisine to life with every bite and story 🍽️🌙 Sharing Iftar together by the river sounds like a magical way to end the evening. B’saaha o shukran! 🇲🇦✨

The best possible way to slip into the culture of Rabat
7 of us had the best time with Mohamed on Monday. I think the street food in Rabat has to be the best in Morocco and sampling it all with Mohamed is such a delightful way to spend the day. He shared with us so many different delights as well as splashes of history and culture along the way. We all just loved it. He even gave us a box of delicious Moroccan cookies for our train ride to Fez. Don’t think twice- just book it!

Unique experience
Moahmmed guided us through the streets of the Medina, providing us with a unique experience, immersing us in the flavors, scents, and history of this wonderful land. After tasting various typical specialties, we had lunch with a selection of typical Moroccan dishes. This experience cannot even be defined as touristy; rather, it is an immersion into the culture and daily life of the Medina.
Response from the operator: We thank you for your trust and your great testimonial. We are very happy and delighted to know that our work and our efforts to satisfy you have been appreciated. Looking forward to welcoming you in other experiences with Moroccan Food Tour.

Rabat Food and Cultural Full Day Tour with Pick-Up: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rabat.
How much does Rabat Food and Cultural Full Day Tour with Pick-Up cost?
+
Prices start at $169 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rabat usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Rabat Food and Cultural Full Day Tour with Pick-Up take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rabat is not rushed.
Is Rabat Food and Cultural Full Day Tour with Pick-Up worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rabat, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Rabat Food and Cultural Full Day Tour with Pick-Up?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Rabat Food and Cultural Full Day Tour with Pick-Up suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 5. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Rabat Food and Cultural Full Day Tour with Pick-Up?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rabat can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rabat and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Rabat Food and Cultural Full Day Tour with Pick-Up start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rabat within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rabat?
+
On Outty we rank every Rabat experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include One Way Private Transfer from Rabat Sale Airport to Rabat Medina, Rabat Food Tour, Join Best Moroccan Cooking Class with Chef Khadija ( Over 35 years Experience ). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rabat?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rabat?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
