Stay away very poor customer service and false advertising
I would give no stars if the app would let me. There is nowhere indicated on this website that the tour starts from Montreal. The map says tour starts in old Quebec so that’s where we were. They wouldn’t even let us join the tour in Quebec. Refused refund said we were a no show. The operator said we always start in Montreal. How are four Australians meant to know that.. Totally angry with the operator and Viator for untrue advertising.

We also note that no pickup location was selected or confirmed with us prior to departure. Had we received a pickup address or been contacted before the tour, we would have been able to clarify the departure location and avoid this misunderstanding. As this was a private experience, our team had already allocated the vehicle, driver, and operational resources specifically for your booking. For this reason, the booking was considered a no-show in accordance with the platform's policies, and a refund was not available. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been and appreciate your feedback.
