    great private tour

The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Quebec. We very much enjoyed the tour. she was very responsive and was even able to reschedule when our ship was delayed by one day. Highly recommend.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much! I’m glad we could make it work despite the delay.

Well worth it to see such a beautiful city.

Danielle was a great tour guide. She picked me up at the hotel and we headed to many of the most beautiful spots for pictures. Danielle also knew where to go before the large crowds arrived. We drove through the Plains of Abraham, Parliament Hill, and all through old town. We went to the waterfalls first and then headed back to the city. I’m leaving a lot out but trust me, she covered it all!!!!! She pointed out great restaurants and coffee spots. It’s the perfect tour for solo travelers and couples as well. I highly recommend.

Response from the operator: Hi Mary, Merci for the glowing review! I’m so glad the tour felt right for you as a solo traveler. From waterfalls to photo stops, and coffee tips to quiet corners, it was a joy guiding you through Québec’s living history. And yes—we did outmaneuver those crowds like seasoned strategists on the Plains of Abraham! If you ever return, I’d be honored to help you write the next chapter. Warmly, Danielle

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Quebec City and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Quebec City?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Quebec City?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
