A fantastic experience with this travel agency! We received top-notch service from arrival to departure. The drivers and guides were excellent, professional, and friendly throughout the entire trip. The best guide in Cairo is definitely Omar! He is a true expert in Egyptian history and shares insights you probably won’t hear anywhere else. King Solomon! Wow… Trip of a lifetime

We only had 2 days because we were traveling by cruise ship out of Alexandria. We booked with Islam guiding our tour. When we arrived we met King Solomon. He was the BEST guide, well educated in the history of Egypt, and he became our friend. He knew the answer to every question, and we had lots. We will be back and will request Solomon as our guide. So many highlights, but visiting the pyramids after hours with many extra perks (because of Solomon), was the wonderful highlight of day one. Then getting to see the sphinx up close and going inside a pyramid to see the beautiful hieroglyphs, highlighted day two. I think the pyramids are on most bucket lists and Islam and Solomon filled our bucket to over flowing. It truly was magical!

Left us stranded :(

I had been corresponding and coordinating a 5-day tour, including Cairo and Luxor. And had proposed that payment would be done at the end of each day. For the first 2 days in Cairo, we were greeted by Khaled, who was a good guide. The vehicle, unfortunately, was an older one, and the driver was aggressive. We were left waiting for 20+ min on at least 2 occassions in the desert heat. Payment for each of the 2 days, were promptly made by cash at the end of each day. After completing the 2nd day, the owner reached out to me rather abruptly mentioning that the Luxor portion of my trip was cancelled due to their inability to accept payments in Luxor and "my arrogant behavior". Of course, we didn't want to risk making the entire (significant) amount upfront, lest he didn't show up in Luxor. Further, be wary of whisked away into a "government store" which is a tourist trap containing only overpriced souveniors. Needless to say, all this was very unexpected and left us scrambling to find another operator in Luxor - which we did, and who was far better than this one. My advice would be to seek another operator with better vehicles, and most of all, a better attitude to not leave visitors stranded and stressed.

Firstly, it is simply not accurate to state that we agreed to a "day-by-day" payment arrangement. Like any professional travel company, we typically require a deposit before confirming services—especially for multi-city itineraries like the one we arranged for you across Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan. In your case, we made an exception and confirmed all arrangements without a deposit, trusting that full payment would be made upon your arrival in Egypt. Unfortunately, from the moment of your arrival, our team experienced a level of behaviour that was unnecessarily confrontational. Despite this, our guide Khaled welcomed you with professionalism and courtesy. When you requested his replacement, we did our best to accommodate you promptly. Regarding the payment issue in Luxor and Aswan, we clearly explained that due to technical restrictions, we could not process payments locally in those cities. Your insistence on day-by-day payments and refusal to proceed with the agreed-upon payment method left us with no choice but to cancel the rest of the tour. We acted transparently and informed you in advance—allowing you the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. As for the stop at the store, this was not a "tourist trap" but simply a location equipped with a point-of-sale terminal, used solely to assist you with card payment as per your request. You ultimately chose to pay in cash instead, which added to the confusion. At no point were you pressured to purchase anything. After 30 years of providing honest, high-quality travel services in Egypt, we pride ourselves on professionalism, flexibility, and transparency. While we strive to meet the needs of every guest, mutual respect is essential for a successful experience.
