Run away! Cancellations at the last moment without refund

The service was cancelled 2 hours before the start of the tour by for a whatsapp message sent at 5am. I have requested a refund without response to date. This is unacceptable

A perfectly orchestrated day.

A perfectly orchestrated day.😊 A driver and a francophone guide just for us. Visit Saqquarah and then Giza Plateau. Discovery of the making of papyrus followed by a good typical cairote meal. Little felucca ride on the Nile for a meditative moment and return to the hotel. I highly recommend ☺️

Great stay in Cairo

Our guide and driver were perfect with us. They shared their cultures and knowledge with us with great passion. Mohammed adapted to my husband’s disability, it was very appreciative.

Exceptional guide

More than a professional, a friend Mohamed is much more than a tourist guide. Perfect French speaker after years in Paris, he knows Egypt like his pocket. Every corner, every story. His expertise covers the entire country, from Cairo to Aswan, with a communicative passion for his heritage. But what makes the difference is his personality: warm, cultivated, caring. For six days, I was accompanied by my brother to follow in the footsteps of Dalida, this great singer. We have combined the useful with the pleasant: exclusive access to tourist sites while conducting our personal quest. Thanks to Mohamed, we lived out of time. An exclusive appointment with him and his driver. It allowed us to see Egypt as we might have hoped and imagined. Mohamed looked after us as if we were his own children. He was extraordinary. Recognized and respected by all official bodies, it protects you effectively. His name opens all doors and commands respect immediately. Thanks to his careful research and contacts, I was able to access authentic places, far from the classic circuits. Mohamed works with his son Omar, and his wife Rajha is also a guide. This family spirit immediately reassures. I have rarely met people of this quality. Mohamed not only shows you Egypt, he makes you live it. A real human crush. He's a family member to me now. Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Pyramids and Sphinx Half Day Private Tour?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cairo can sell out a month out. What should I bring or wear?

+

What are the best things to do in Cairo?

+

On Outty we rank every Cairo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include All-in-One Giza Tour, inside Pyramid, sphinx, Camel ride & lunch, VIP Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx Tour –Inside the Pyramids&More, Best of Cairo Private Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Grand Museum Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cairo?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cairo?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
