Bad 🙅🏼♀️
Waited for hours, no one showed up, very bad contact with the organization, not recommended! Called several times in the morning.

WONDERFUL
I recommend this agency!! On a family vacation of 3 we did all of our excursions to Punta Cana with Gillary Tours and everything went wonderfully. Steve Wanders advised us on the right excursions and followed us throughout our outings to ensure that everything suited us. We would like to thank the entire team and especially Steve and José!!

Anthony ruined the trip
Jesus was the guy that sold us the trip, he was a good guy. But this trip was ruined because of one of the “tour leaders” called Anthony, a young guy in flashy clothing with a bad attitude. He first introduced himself as the photographer but ended up taking over as a group leader. His interaction with us was very cold and rude. We missed our meal on Saona because he never mentioned any designated time. We asked him about alternatives and he rudely told us it’s not his responsibility and we shouldn’t bother him. Another tour company operator graciously and kindly assisted us with having something to eat while Anthony and his gang lazily sat down drinking rum. On the catamaran back we were constantly harassed to purchase insanely expensive pictures and got told off for not purchasing any. Anthony was rude to us once again when we took the ladies attention away from him. Anthony is rude and homophobic and I wouldn’t recommend anything with him.
Response from the operator: Hello, we are from Gillary tours We love that you enjoyed our tour We make a natural effort so that all our clients are satisfied with our experience. We will be here at Viator offering you our love and affection on each of our tours. Happy rest of the day and have a GREAT HOLIDAY <3

Tours Isla Saona
I paid to go to Saona Island and in reality we were only on the island for 2 hours. The food is not good, a lot of time was lost at the dock when taking the boat to go to the island. It was actually a waste of money.
Response from the operator: I am very sorry for your disagreement with our tour of Saona Island. In the tour we specify that the food is buffet style unless you wish to book a private tour of Saona Island. We have private tours that include VIP treatment in all the aspects that you just mentioned, but you booked a tour that more people book

Why this scores 48
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Punta Cana: Saona Island Catamaran & Natural Pool Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Punta Cana: Saona Island Catamaran & Natural Pool Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $75 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Punta Cana: Saona Island Catamaran & Natural Pool Tour take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Punta Cana: Saona Island Catamaran & Natural Pool Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.9/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Punta Cana: Saona Island Catamaran & Natural Pool Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Punta Cana: Saona Island Catamaran & Natural Pool Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Punta Cana: Saona Island Catamaran & Natural Pool Tour?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Punta Cana: Saona Island Catamaran & Natural Pool Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
