caribbean lake park jet ski
NOT worth the money, too expensive for just 20 min of jet ski.
via Tripadvisor
Caribbean lake park park NOT worth the money.
It was not worthed for just 20 min of jet ski, and 20 of aqua cart, Aqua cart was even worse of a value. You just go around a circle with very low speed, and not much to do. At every point the staff ask you for tip, and they just follow you all day. I don't get the idea of tip, for just showing me to the jet ski? Overall it is NOT worthed.., Only if you have small kids , MAYBE you can enjoy the ride, otherwise for teenagers and above it is BORING. You could get 5 times as much fun just in BAVARO Beach area or other activates.

Avoid unless you want to pay money all day along the way and be hassled by rude staff
Broken unsafe helmets. My life jacket was stuck on with a broken zipper that was forced on and took lots of help to then get it off at the end. The jetski was fun but there is always that one person that does not follow the rules given and nothing was done about it. He was extremely dangerous pushing myself and my children off to the side and laughing. After 2 parts we were told to hang in the pool for 30 mins then head to aqua boats. We did that went over to aqua boats got the rules to the. Be told the boss said we have to go back to the pool for another half hour. In the end of we shared boats we were able to fit in. So despite the hefty price tag we got shorted out on the boat ride. Our boat was beeping with an alarm the whole time. After we got our stuff and headed to the photo counter. Again more money that is very expensive. I was decided to go for the pictures but not the video. They kept going on about the video. I am still waiting for my email for the pictures. Every person along the way at each point they asked for tips. I am a very good tipper. But when you are dealing with a large amount of staff tipping, the costly excursion, the water you have to buy because you can bring it and the photos it's a very expensive day. We then headed to our transportation and were waiting for another couple to return. When booking we were told we would be back by 1pm. Well the rudest employee from the front came out to the van and said you want to talk to me. We did not ask for him. He said well the driver said you want to head back. I explained what we were told. He told me I was never told that and I am lying. His customer service was disgusting. He had such an attitude. So much for being happy in DR. If you want to be hassled all day for money every step of the way and half ass excursions with some rude staff then book here. Otherwise I would save my money and find one worth it.

Pros- nice facility, great staff! Family friendly! Cons, to many mosquitoes! The aqua karts are way to slow!
Response from the operator: Thanks for your feedback! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the facility, our team, and the family-friendly atmosphere. Being located in a tropical, jungle-like environment, mosquitoes are unfortunately part of the natural setting—but we do offer repellent on-site to help make your experience more comfortable. We also appreciate your note about the aqua karts. Our aqua karts are intentionally maintained at a controlled speed for safety reasons. Because they operate in a shared, family-friendly water environment, we prioritize stability, control, and overall guest security over higher speeds. This helps ensure a fun experience that is safe for all ages and skill levels. Still we will take your feedback into account as we continue improving the experience for our guests. Hope to see you again soon!

Why this scores 44
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Punta Cana Jet Ski & Aqua Karts - Water Sports Half Day Adventure: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Punta Cana Jet Ski & Aqua Karts - Water Sports Half Day Adventure cost?
+
Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Punta Cana Jet Ski & Aqua Karts - Water Sports Half Day Adventure take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Punta Cana Jet Ski & Aqua Karts - Water Sports Half Day Adventure worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (2.9/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Punta Cana Jet Ski & Aqua Karts - Water Sports Half Day Adventure?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Punta Cana Jet Ski & Aqua Karts - Water Sports Half Day Adventure suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Punta Cana Jet Ski & Aqua Karts - Water Sports Half Day Adventure?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Punta Cana Jet Ski & Aqua Karts - Water Sports Half Day Adventure start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
