Very disappointing
The guide barely spoke to us in French, the beaches visited were disgusting, no place to change or go to the bathroom. Couldn't swim in the artificial pool, we weren't warned that we had to already be in our swimsuits, so we couldn't participate in that activity! Way too expensive for this outing!!!

Concernant la piscine naturelle, il s’agit d’un arrêt où les passagers descendent directement du bateau pour profiter de la baignade. C’est pourquoi nous recommandons dans la description de l’activité de porter son maillot de bain sous ses vêtements afin de profiter pleinement de l’expérience. Enfin, les plages et les sites visités sont des espaces naturels dont les infrastructures peuvent varier selon les conditions locales et les autorités responsables. Nous regrettons que l’expérience n’ait pas correspondu à vos attentes et vous remercions pour votre retour.

My trip to Saona Island was absolutely unforgettable! What made it stand out from other tours was the mix of adventure and relaxation. The motomaran ride was smooth and so much fun, and once we arrived, the views were straight out of a postcard. I loved that this wasn’t just the usual tourist stops – we explored hidden gems that felt really special. The visit to the Turtle Sanctuary was a highlight for me; it was inspiring to see conservation efforts up close and to actually feel like part of something meaningful. This tour truly gave me the essence of paradise, with a touch of authentic Dominican culture. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Punta Cana!

We were warned about tour companies like this…
Tour operator told us he'd pick us up by the lobby @7:10am. Hotel security cameras show him arriving at 7:24am. He walked up to the bell stand, looked at paperwork on the stand, didn't speak to anyone, and left at 7:29am without us. Never went to lobby entrance to yell our name or find a bellman to call us. We let our butler know about this and he said he often gets calls from the bellman asking to contact his guests for tour pickup, and this was wrong that the tour company didn’t put effort into finding us. Needless to say we didn't go on the trip. Offered us a cheaper trip for two other days but we already had plans. Long story short, we paid $360 for a day of aggravation trying to get our money refunded. Regardless, we didn’t let it ruin our day or our vacation.

Our driver arrived at the scheduled time and even contacted you directly by phone. Hotel security also confirmed that they spoke with the driver. In an effort to minimize the inconvenience, we immediately offered you an alternative option: a regular Saona excursion, since the VIP version operates only on certain dates. We also committed to refunding the price difference, even though the missed pick-up was not caused by our team. It is important to note that our company always makes every effort to locate guests at pick-up, coordinating with security staff, bellmen, and hotel personnel when needed. We truly regret the misunderstanding, and while the situation was outside of our control, we handled it in good faith.
