Let me a vessel since I lost over $500!
Don't book this company for the tour, unless you trying to pay more! Safety equipment is not included, they want you to spend $35 on goggle that are $10 on Amazon and should be included, $35 on water shoes, then try to say the photo package is mandatory, the carts are raggedy. They do have upgraded ones but you have to pay if you actually want to be safe. There are no seat belts. $2 for life vests, lied to viator saying they accommodated my family because someone said they couldn't fit in the go cart but they could fit on an ATV, nah how that sound.. lol They wanted to upsale us because we wanted to be safe and use the good equipment, not the rundown ones, where they are rubbing 2 wires together to start the carts! We were a party of 18, guy told us if we wanted to leave the rest of the people because though it says 7:30AM they ain't start us until 9:30 because they try get you to pay extra for private, saying oh it's going to be about 80ppl. They don't even got enough equipment for 80 ppl! Then the post basically says all ages, that's a lie, and crazy part when you sign up, you list names and DOB. Why when we get there we are denied because my 2 yr old & 3yr old cousin couldn't get in the cars. The cars in the photo are not what you will be using. Then to turn around and they has a whole infant in 1. How!? Take it from me and save your money.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points to ensure accuracy for future travelers. All safety policies, age restrictions, and optional equipment costs are clearly stated in the tour description prior to booking. Protective gear such as goggles, water shoes, upgraded vehicles, photos, and life vests are optional add-ons offered by the ranch, not mandatory charges. No guest is required to purchase additional services in order to participate. Regarding age requirements, the minimum age for children is also disclosed in advance by Viator. For safety reasons, children under the required age cannot participate, and this policy is strictly enforced for all visitors. We do not make exceptions, and no additional fees can override safety regulations. All vehicles used during the tour meet the operational standards of the ranch, and guests who wish to upgrade to premium units may do so voluntarily. The tour departure time also follows the transportation and check-in process described in the listing, and at no point were guests guaranteed a private or expedited service. We understand that shared adventure tours may not suit every group, but all services were delivered according to the conditions advertised at the time of booking. We appreciate your comments and will continue to work with the operational team to ensure clear communication and a consistent experience for all guests.

This was a quaint little...
This was a quaint little tour experience which was extremely nice given the size of some of the other tours we passed along the way. I was alone with my son and felt very safe and supported during the tour. Wish the cost of photos were not so high at the end, otherwise everything else was great!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words! We're happy to hear you and your son felt safe and supported throughout the tour — creating a comfortable experience for families is very important to us. We understand your concern about the photo prices and appreciate your feedback. We'll take it into consideration as we continue to improve. We're so glad you enjoyed the overall experience and hope to welcome you back in the future!

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Punta Cana Buggy Adventure to Macao Beach with Taino Cave Swim: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Punta Cana Buggy Adventure to Macao Beach with Taino Cave Swim cost?
+
Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Punta Cana Buggy Adventure to Macao Beach with Taino Cave Swim take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Punta Cana Buggy Adventure to Macao Beach with Taino Cave Swim worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Punta Cana Buggy Adventure to Macao Beach with Taino Cave Swim?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Punta Cana Buggy Adventure to Macao Beach with Taino Cave Swim suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Punta Cana Buggy Adventure to Macao Beach with Taino Cave Swim?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Punta Cana Buggy Adventure to Macao Beach with Taino Cave Swim start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
