Great value
Value option that was good enough. Met our greeter and had to wait awhile for vehicle to arrive, but after 5 hours on a plane…was nice to stretch legs out before jumping in a car. Driver got us to our resort pretty quickly. He reminded me of a Chicago cab driver (that is not a bad thing).

Pick Up Service from Our Hotel to Punta Cana Airport
We booked the hotel pick up service to Punta Cana airport through Tripadvisor. Overall, the pick up service was smooth. The reason I gave this service a four star rating only is because we requested to have an English speaker driver, but our driver doesn't speak English at all, and it's difficult for us to communicate.

They failed to pick us up on our return trip
They failed to pick us up on our return trip to the airport and ignored (We messaged them on whatsapp, via tripadvisor and tried calling) our communications until 15 mins AFTER our pickup time. This risked us getting to the airport late. Luckily our hotel was able to get us a taxi quickly, so we didn't miss the flight. We did use the same company to pick us up and go to the hotel. That worked well enough although it took about 20-30 mins after we met the representative at the airport for our vehicle to arrive and pick us up. This is my 4th trip to the DR and I've never had an experience where the shuttle didn't arrive or communicate prior to pickup. I want to rate them higher but the impact of cancelling after the pickup time is someone may miss their flight home.

Nice transfer
It worked well. Many people offered transfers and some even suggested that the company we hired was no longer there to sell a new service. Our van was comfortable and clean.
