Wonderful experience! 10 out of 10

Absolutely recommended! From the very first moment, the communication was excellent. They were very punctual, and both the person who coordinated the tour and the guide were always attentive to us and to ensuring everything went perfectly. The tour met exactly what they promised us. We enjoyed the local food, a spectacular historical tour of downtown Santo Domingo, and some incredible cenotes. Throughout the day, they made us feel like part of their family: always attentive to our needs, very kind, and willing to help us with everything. It was undoubtedly an excellent experience from start to finish. I would recommend them with complete confidence!

    Airport transfer was a disaster

There was nothing luxury about VIP airport transfer. I should have just taken a taxi. It would have been cheaper and better. They were Extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn't send any email information on who was picking us up, when I finally called them after waiting outside the airport, I was told a black Suburban would pick us up...4 mins away... 40 minutes later a 2010 Ford Expedition showed up. It had 531,000km. Yes, 5 3 1, 0 0 0 km..., check engine light was on, the idle was so rough you were getting a massage at each stop. The AC barely worked and the suspension was failing...you jumped around and felt every unevenness. Best of all, we booked multilingual, and the driver only spoke Spanish. When I complained they said there's nothing wrong and proceeded to just ignore. I'm currently disputing this experience with Expedia. Stay clear of PUJ Vacations, they also operate as Jhoraji Tours and Innovation Tours. I hope my experience saves someone else the aggravation.

Response from the operator: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your transfer service. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after expecting a comfortable and professional VIP experience. Please know that at Jhoraji Tour, we take all feedback seriously and are truly sorry that this service did not meet your expectations. The issues you mentioned regarding the delay, vehicle condition, communication, air conditioning, and language barrier are not the level of service we strive to provide. Your comments have been shared with our management team so we can investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary corrective actions to improve our service and prevent situations like this in the future. We value every guest’s experience and regret that we fell short during your visit. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize once again for the inconvenience caused.

How much does Punta Cana Activity Santo Domingo Hotel Pickup Food Zona Colonial cost?

    +

How long does Punta Cana Activity Santo Domingo Hotel Pickup Food Zona Colonial take?

Is Punta Cana Activity Santo Domingo Hotel Pickup Food Zona Colonial worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Punta Cana Activity Santo Domingo Hotel Pickup Food Zona Colonial?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Punta Cana Activity Santo Domingo Hotel Pickup Food Zona Colonial suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Punta Cana Activity Santo Domingo Hotel Pickup Food Zona Colonial?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Punta Cana Activity Santo Domingo Hotel Pickup Food Zona Colonial start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?

    +

On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Punta Cana?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
