Not a good experience!
We had a terrible experience. It started with a late pick up. We upgraded for our buggy for an additional $65 to a premium buggy. They forgot about us and left us and another couple that had also upgraded behind, then our buggy's steering went out right outside their gates. They got us a second buggy. Then once at the cave our second buggy wouldn't start. The guide tried to start it and it wouldn't start for him either. He walked away and my husband pulled the key out and it broke in the ignition. The tour left us behind. Then another guy informed us we would be charged for the key. We end up in the back of this new guys buggy and he brings us to the beach. Once we leave the beach we are told to take that buggy that the new guy drove us in. Not far away from the beach we are waved down and told to switch buggies. After 4 buggies we were forgotten, left behind, told we are responsible for their buggy not being in good repair and the entire excursion was ruined. I would not recommend this company.
