Our guide, Josef Alvarez, was absolute top-tier—incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about showing us the best of Puerto Plata. Traveling as a multi-generational family group (9 of us total, including kids and grandparents), comfort and logistics were super important to us. Josef made everything completely seamless! The private van was modern, wonderfully air-conditioned, and had plenty of room for all 9 of us to stretch out and ride in comfort between stops. Family Values!!!
Words cannot express how much we enjoyed Elian of E&J Tours. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Communication was super and the experience was top tier. I traveled a lot and have dealt with a lot of tour operators, and no one comes close to the outstanding customer service my family and I received.
