    Toni is Awesome!

Toni is just awesome. She started out by guiding we 2 lost Vermonters to her venue- via phone- who'd missed a turn on the way there, then gotten spectacularly lost in Jacksonville (prior to calling Toni). Got the full tour apon our arrival. Outdoor murals + sculptures were superb. (Note: the pictured "Mouth" sculpture has been moved to a private home, + can no longer be viewed.) Toni is extemely knowledgeable, friendly, nice, + funny. :) :)

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking our Certified Publix Art tour. We are so glad you spent time with us exploring all the amazing Public art (over 80 murals, mosaics and statues). We hope you will visit us again and take one of our other 17+ tours we offer. The "Mouth" is at the home of Dr. Wayne Woods whose home is our Jacksonville Residential Architecture & History tour. Dr. Wood's wife restored the Mouth after graffiti had caused damage to it. Some of the student artwork does get moved which is a wonderful way of seeing new installments. Thank you again for allowing us to show off all these amazing works of art! Steph Dale Founder/Chief Tuk'n Officer

Public Art in a blossoming city

Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable of the art, the artists, and the Jacksonville area in general. She really turned around our perception of the city and we highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking our Certified Public Art Tour. This unique tour allows us to provide the details of over 80 murals, mosaics and statues right in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville. The beautiful stories behind each piece is truly magical. And we hope you'll come visit us again soon and take one of our other 17+ tours we offer. Each of them show off the community so uniquely and the architecture/history are expansive. Thank you again, Steph Dale Founder/Chief Tuk'n Officer

    Great tour1

We are longtime residents of Jacksonville and have seen but not SEEN much of the public art downtown. This tour alerted us to the many art organizations and artists providing art installations in the public sphere. Toni, our guide was pleasant and very informative. The weather was pleasant- The Tuk- larger than a golf cart and smaller than a van - had shading but had open sides might be less than ideal if too hot, cold or rainy. All in all, a great way to spend the afternoon. Would recommend for Jax residents or visitors to the city. Never knew about this company but look forward to taking another of their tours.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to experience our Certified Public Art Tour! It’s truly a joy to share the beauty of over 80 incredible murals, mosaics, and sculptures with our guests. We’re thrilled you had the chance to dive deeper into the stories and talents behind these amazing works of art. Just a quick note — our Tuk Tuks are ready for any weather! We provide covers and blankets when it’s chilly, rain protection when needed, and ways to keep you comfortable through the summer heat. Plus, for larger groups, we offer our Executive Coach, which seats up to 14 guests. We hope to see you again soon on one of our 17+ unique tours — or join us for one of our seasonal experiences too! Thank you again for your support. It truly means the world to us. Warmly, Steph Dale Founder & Chief Tuk’n Officer

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking our Certified Public Art Tour. We are so thankful you spent this time with us getting to know more about Jacksonville and the art community that certainly enhance our city. With over 80 murals, mosaics and statues - this tour is wonderful! Thank you again for your support of our family created company. Public Art Tour in Jacksonville: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jacksonville.

How much does Public Art Tour in Jacksonville cost?

    +

Prices start at $125 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jacksonville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Public Art Tour in Jacksonville take?

    +

Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jacksonville is not rushed.

Is Public Art Tour in Jacksonville worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Jacksonville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Public Art Tour in Jacksonville?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Public Art Tour in Jacksonville suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Public Art Tour in Jacksonville?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jacksonville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jacksonville and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Public Art Tour in Jacksonville start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jacksonville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Jacksonville?

    +

Jacksonville spreads along the St Johns River and 20 miles of Atlantic beach: kayak and paddleboard tours, brewery crawls, airboat rides and short runs down to Amelia Island. On Outty we rank every Jacksonville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Amelia Island Guided Kayak Tour of Lofton Creek, The Escape Game at St. John's Town Center in Jacksonville, Electric Bike Art and Architecture Guided Tour in Jacksonville. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Jacksonville?

    +

March to May and October to November. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Jacksonville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
