Fantastic Vietnam adventure

Absolute fantastic trip. Ms Moon looked after from start to finish, it started with 2 great tours of Hanoi and then to ba vi for a wonderful home stay. Then to phu long, Ninh Bin and finished in ha long bay. Our guide Brian was just the best. He was very knowledgeable, good English and looked after us from start to finish. He felt more like a friend than just a guide. The good thing about Eco tours is they listened to what we wanted to do and adapted to us plus gave us some excellent advice.

Response from the operator: Dear Jason, Thank you so much for your fantastic review of your 6-day Pu Luong, Ninh Binh & Lan Ha Bay adventure**! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful journey and that Ms. Moon took great care of you from start to finish. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Brian as well. It’s especially wonderful to know that his knowledge, English skills, and attentive service made you feel like you were traveling with a friend rather than simply having a tour guide. We’re also delighted that you enjoyed the variety of experiences throughout your trip, from exploring Hanoi and staying with a local family in Ba Vi to discovering Pu Luong, Ninh Binh, and ending your journey in Lan Ha Bay. At **Eco Travel**, we always strive to listen carefully to what our guests want and tailor the journey to their interests and pace. We’re very happy that our advice and flexibility helped make your trip even more enjoyable. Thank you again for choosing Eco Travel and for trusting us with your Vietnam adventure. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable journey in Vietnam! Warm regards, Eco Travel Team

Vietnam perfectly individually organized, privately run.

Our individual requests were very supportive, including an extension in Central Vietnam. In Vietnam we experienced a wonderful trip, hotels and guides were great, Sarah accompanied us very personally. The visits to the temples, the hike through the rice terrace, the bike tours remain unforgettable.

Response from the operator: Wish you a good day, Thank you for trusting and choosing the services of Eco Travel. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed your trip, and we look forward to welcoming you again on your next adventure Best regards, Bon

Gorgeous and fun in a small group setting with excellent guide, lodging and food!!

I do not hesitate to recommend this group!! I had such a wonderful time staying off the typical tourist paths and off the large tour buses in favor of eco-friendly lower-on-the-radar spots. I wanted a responsible, local, affordable, outdoor adventure with exercise, visits to communities, plus some culture, glamour and great food. I got it all!! Very experienced Truong expertly guided and coordinated our outings. He was very amicable, clearly loves the land, easy to understand (excellent English), on time, reliable, patient, and concerned with our comfort, safety, food issues, etc. He was assisted by office staff member Tuan who was equally enthusiastic and helpful--and happy to get reacquainted with the field. My favorites parts were the Puluong rice field paddy walks, which were just stunning--and not overrun like Sapa. Boating through 1 km cave (Tour C, I believe) at UNESCO site Trang An was a first and very exotic! Both of the ecolodges associated with ECO Travel-Go Green Vietnam were VERY comfortable. Great heating and bedding was divine. Food was abundant and excellent! I also appreciated that the "Halong Bay" cruise (not guided by the two gentlemen at that point) was actually to further parts in Lan Ha Bay and to Cat Ba island (both much less touristy). It was on Mon Cheri Cruises, which was a five-star accommodation. The boat was so luxurious and relaxing!! The crew and Cruise Director were top notch! Enjoy yourself with these folks!!!

Response from the operator: Hello Carolyn, Thank you so much for this wonderful and detailed review. I was glad to have the chance to say hello to you at Trang An Ecolodge (even if it was very short) You have perfectly explained what makes this tour so special, far from the "too touristy" road. We hope to have a chance to welcome you back in Vietnam. Best regards, Christophe

Super trip, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time during this 6 day tour. Everything was very well arranged. We didn't have to think about anything. The accommodations were beautiful, the food delicious and the activities were varied and fun. Our guide Truong guided us the entire time, told many nice stories and made sure that all we had to do was enjoy the holiday. Christophe from ECO Travel - Go Green Vietnam also helped us a lot. Our luggage did not come on our flight from the Netherlands. This didn't arrive until a day later. Christophe ensured that the luggage was quickly delivered to us in Pu Luong, great! This tour and this organization are definitely recommended!!

Response from the operator: Good morning , Thank you very much for your very nice review. It was a pleasure to organize this tour for you and that you have enjoyed every part of the tour. I wish you a very good end of trip in Vietnam and do not hesitate if I can support more. Regards, Christophe

Pu Luong Ninh Binh Lan Ha bay 6days: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.

How much does Pu Luong Ninh Binh Lan Ha bay 6days cost?

+

Prices start at $655 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Pu Luong Ninh Binh Lan Ha bay 6days take?

+

Plan for about 144 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.

Is Pu Luong Ninh Binh Lan Ha bay 6days worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Pu Luong Ninh Binh Lan Ha bay 6days?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 72 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Pu Luong Ninh Binh Lan Ha bay 6days suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 144-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Pu Luong Ninh Binh Lan Ha bay 6days?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 144-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Pu Luong Ninh Binh Lan Ha bay 6days start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Hanoi?

+

On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hanoi?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hanoi?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
