Beautiful Provence, great company
Thomas was wonderful as were the rest of the group. Fun company in just beautiful locations. The weather was far from kind but the journey was comfortable and the suggestion for lunch was brilliant. The wine tasting was interesting and it was just lovely to visit places whose names I’ve known much of my life with such a good guide.

This trip was cancelled...
This trip was cancelled last minute I was informed by company as driver was sick this is very unprofessional.. we came all the way from New York to Paris and took train to Provence to do this trip and this was a horrible experience.. the tour we ultimately took was pathetic as we were just left in 2 spots given 2.5 hours of free time and wandering nothing much to see I am very upset about this experience and would want a refund for this trip We have been loyal to Viator tours for many years and as senior citizens we did not expect this last min .. every company needs and should have a back up plan in case a driver /guiide falls sick We have spent so much money to get here and could not do this tour I will be posting this review to let everyone know our experience Harmeet Uberoi

A great way to visit key sites in provence
Marion was an excellent guide! She was knowledgeable about the area and sites we were visiting. We had a good amount of time to visit at each location, and it was helpful that Marion had little maps of each location we could scan so we knew the key sites. I was very happy to have only a 6 person group for this one—it was a very long, very hot day—having a bit of space to relax and cooldown in the van between stops was a bonus.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Aix-en-Provence.
How much does Provence Day Trip from Aix : Baux, Pont du Gard, Avignon and Wine cost?
+
Prices start at $193 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Aix-en-Provence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Provence Day Trip from Aix : Baux, Pont du Gard, Avignon and Wine take?
+
Plan for about 9.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Aix-en-Provence is not rushed.
Is Provence Day Trip from Aix : Baux, Pont du Gard, Avignon and Wine worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 82 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 152 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Aix-en-Provence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Provence Day Trip from Aix : Baux, Pont du Gard, Avignon and Wine?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Provence Day Trip from Aix : Baux, Pont du Gard, Avignon and Wine suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Provence Day Trip from Aix : Baux, Pont du Gard, Avignon and Wine?
+
Around 53 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Aix-en-Provence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Aix-en-Provence and add a light layer if any part of the 9.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Provence Day Trip from Aix : Baux, Pont du Gard, Avignon and Wine start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Aix-en-Provence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Aix-en-Provence?
+
On Outty we rank every Aix-en-Provence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include An Aix-traordinary Walking City Tour of Aix-en-Provence, Cotes de Provence Wine Tour from Aix-en-Provence, Luberon Villages Half-Day Tour from Aix-en-Provence. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Aix-en-Provence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Aix-en-Provence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
