    About this experience

We are Giulia and Carlo. We have a family restaurant located in the heart of the UNESCO Prosecco Hills, so cooking is in our blood since generations! It all began in the 1900s when my great-grandfather was a wedding chef. Ever since, his love for food has been passed down to my beloved grandma, then to my father and my brother, who now run a restaurant in the Prosecco Hills together, and of course, to us as well! We will also discover all the secrets of Prosecco wine making at a local family-owned winery. We are a small local and very qualified tour operator with more than 10 years of experience in the travel industry, we are based on the UNESCO Prosecco Hills and know every corner of the Veneto Region. We deeply love our land and its people!

Prosecco Tour - Best Tour Ever - Thank you so much!

Bellissimo. Thank you Carlo and family for an absolutely amazing day. Excellent instructions, lovely train ride (tickets provided) from Venice to Conegliano to be met by the most delightful host Carlo - kind and so funny. 6 lovely fellow guests on our tour - enjoyed their company. We toured the Prosecco Road in new airconditioned van. Fabulous vine filled scenery backed by the Dolomites. Great information and stories from Carlo. Stopped for photos and then went to fabulous Prosecco winery - tour and tastings - learnt so much. We then went to family’s classy resturant for an incredible 4 course lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and company. Carlo then took us back to the station for the journey back to Venice. Us two Australians have travelled a lot and this was honestly the best tour we have ever done in our 22 trips to Europe. Thank you Carlo and family. Kaye and Kevin. Tour group Friday 24/5/26

    Exceptional you won't be disappointed.

One of the best experiences we had while visiting Venice. This was our first day trip in Italy couldn't of asked for a more enjoyable experience. Guilia was amazing. She answered questions without hesitation. CM vineyard and tasting was so very relaxed and informative. The prosecco is of top quality and taste..

How far in advance should I book Prosecco wine and food feast in family osteria?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Venice can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Venice and add a light layer if any part of the 5.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Venice?

    +

On Outty we rank every Venice experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class with Wine in Venice, Eating Venice Small Group Food & Drinks Tour, Venice Bacaro Food Tour: Eat and Drink like a Venetian. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Venice?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Venice?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
