Lifetime experience in the prosecco hills

We did the unguided 4 day hike with Giacomo as our main contact. I do not have enough good things to say about beescover and this experience - it was phenomenal in every possible way. Every restaurant , hotel / b&b, and additional experience was carefully picked by beescover to provide an excellent experience and all delivered. We did not meet a single host who was anything less than some of the most welcoming, pleasant people we had met travelling. Giacomo was also incredibly helpful whenever we needed him, and was just generally a wonderful human being to meet and interact with. The hiking was great, and the app and offline maps they provide are the absolute best. We didn’t get lost or sidetracked and the app was curated in a way that was easy to use. Packed lunches were good, local, and convenient. We are already planning future experiences with bees beescover as there was not a single detail that wasn’t carefully thought out and planned. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing for prosecco fans

Great tour with a small group. The food and wine was delicious and there was loads included. Giacomo was a really friendly and helpful guide.

Long Long Day

The wineries were fine. The driver was late didn’t have a sign for us to find. I sent a message via the app to try to locate him. A mess! The driver spoke English but with a heavy accent. Difficult to understand. Dropped us off at a town for lunch. It was a Monday and everything was closed! Not good. The tour could have been half as long if the drive had not meandered around. Appeared he was just killing time!

First, the tour guide, who was wearing the official Ministry of Tourism guide badge and carrying the travel agency sign, arrived at the meeting point ahead of schedule and waited for you and your group, who arrived late. You contacted the tour operator claiming that you were already at the meeting point looking for the guide. However, when the operator immediately contacted the guide, the guide called you directly, and you stated that you were in the restroom, asked the guide to wait, and acknowledged that you would be late. This delay also risked affecting the punctual departure of the following pick-up. The chat records and phone logs clearly document the timeline and are available to verify these facts. Regarding the tour guide English, our guide speaks clear international English and deliberately enunciates words to ensure they are understandable to guests from many different countries and backgrounds. Like all native English speakers, whether from London, New York, Sydney, or elsewhere, accents naturally vary, but this has never prevented the guide from successfully conducting tours for international visitors. Your statement that "everything was closed" at lunchtime is also incorrect. The town selected for visit and lunch, Conegliano, is the largest and best-served in the area, and many restaurants and cafés were open. In fact, the tour guide also had lunch there and retains the receipt from that day. Finally, the suggestion that the driver "meandered around" or was "killing time" is simply false. The tour followed the published itinerary exactly as advertised, with no deviations or unnecessary detours. Departure times, winery reservations, transfers, and arrival times all match the scheduled program precisely. The other participants on the tour can confirm that everything took place according to plan. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed the winery visits, as they are a highlight of this experience and something we take great care in selecting. While we fully respect every guest right to share their impressions, it is equally important that public reviews accurately reflect what actually occurred. In this case, the documented evidence and the experience of the other participants clearly contradict several of the claims made in your review. I cannot recommend the team and Prosecco Hills Day Trip at Beescover enough! It was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had anywhere! Giacomo is incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

Stunning views and an amazing experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our excursion to the prosecco hills. The views were absolutely amazing and even though im not a prosecco drinker, it was amazing. The guide and driver were so knowledgeable of the area and gave us a great tour of the DOCG region. We loved it and would highly recommend it
