I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent reservation. We booked this experience more than three months in advance for a group of 30 guests. Despite the ample notice and clear communication about our needs, the transportation arrangements were poorly managed and, furthermore, the wrong boat was sent—significantly smaller than the one we specifically requested and confirmed. We were very clear about the type and size of vessel required to comfortably accommodate our group. Sending incorrect transportation and a smaller boat is unacceptable, especially considering you had months to inform us if the requested boat was unavailable. This situation caused unnecessary stress and frustration for our group. We trusted your team to deliver what was agreed upon, and unfortunately, that did not happen. I would appreciate a prompt response explaining how this occurred and how you intend to resolve this matter. I look forward to your immediate attention to this issue.
