Excellent Private Tour of Whistler and Stops in Between
Stan was a wonderful tour guide, and it was really nice to have a private tour with just our family so we could stay at Whistler for however long we wanted to. It was raining that day, but was still a really nice tour. We also did the sea to sky gondola, which is definitely worth it. We went with our 12 yo and 15 yo and they very much enjoyed it. Waterfalls were beautiful, and Stan was very knowledgeable. Thank you!
Response from the operator: Hi there, Thank you for the great feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed your private tour with Stan — he always brings positive energy, rain or shine. The Sea to Sky Gondola is such a spectacular stop, and we’re happy it added something special to your Whistler experience. Hope to see you again for more unforgettable journeys with

Amazing and stress-free experience
Amazing experience! I had such a great time exploring Vancouver with this agency. The team was super friendly, organized, and knowledgeable about the best local spots. Everything ran smoothly, and I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to experience the true beauty of Vancouver in a fun and stress-free way!

Terribly disappointed
Tour operator did not know that Whistler’s Cable Car was closed to the public until June 10 (this was June 7) - and it was a. 2 hour drive away. The excursion was advertised as an Olympic Village yet there was nothing except retail stores and restaurants. We paid over $1200 for a day of driving. I think Seb, our tour guide, felt bad, so he drove us in traffic around the city. Was not knowledgeable when I asked questions. I’m shocked because this is the first time we have had a bad excursion and have taken dozens over the years. Tremendously disappointed and feel ripped off.
Response from the operator: We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the tour however the Peak2Peak gondola is not part of our tour, it’s is an extra activity much like kayaking, mountain biking ,zipline. Unfortunately some activities are seasonal and are not in our control. We always recommend clients to book their extra activities in advance to avoid disappointment. Going to whistler is a 10 hour tour and we do our best to make sure our luxury fleet gets you there in comfort and style, the activities being external are not something we have control over. We wish you the best and hope that adds clarity. Vancity Tours

Whistler was Wonderful
Came to Vancouver a few days ahead on an Alaskan cruise. We booked this tour full-day tour to see more of the area. Sabastian, our tour guide, was right on time and was really knowledgeable about the area and the best places to see along our route. He gave us the backstory on the places we traveled through on our way to Whistler.

Private Whistler Day Trip from Vancouver — Hotel Pickup Included: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vancouver.
How much does Private Whistler Day Trip from Vancouver — Hotel Pickup Included cost?
+
Prices start at $416 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vancouver usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Whistler Day Trip from Vancouver — Hotel Pickup Included take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vancouver is not rushed.
Is Private Whistler Day Trip from Vancouver — Hotel Pickup Included worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 18 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vancouver, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Whistler Day Trip from Vancouver — Hotel Pickup Included?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Whistler Day Trip from Vancouver — Hotel Pickup Included suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Whistler Day Trip from Vancouver — Hotel Pickup Included?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vancouver can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vancouver and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Whistler Day Trip from Vancouver — Hotel Pickup Included start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vancouver within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Vancouver?
+
On Outty we rank every Vancouver experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Vancouver City Sightseeing Tour: Capilano Suspension Bridge & Vancouver Lookout, Epic Electric Bike Tour of Vancouver, Whistler, Sea to Sky Gondola, & Shannon Falls Tour from Vancouver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Vancouver?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Vancouver?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
