Would not recommend
At the time of booking, I clearly provided the number of children and the infant, along with their ages. However, the driver did not allow the infant and one of the children to board, stating that car seats were required. This requirement was not disclosed in the description, which indicated that the infant ‘could sit on lap’. As a result, the website description appears to have been inaccurate. This created a very frustrating experience for the clients, as one adult, one child, and the infant were forced to take a taxi instead. In addition, on the return transfer, the driver yelled at the child for eating a sandwich in the car, which was upsetting and unacceptable.
Response from the operator: Dear Sir or Madam, As we were explaining during our meeting and while contacting with Viator Customer Service you have shared all the list of passengers as ADULTS - there was no any sign that there might be children. Due to the law in Poland all children must seat on baby seats according to their age what we provide for free - information about is included in the offer too. SAFETY OF OUR LITTLE PASSENGERS is the most important for us. There were 3 little children 5 years, 4 years and one less than 1 year old. We were not informed about any of them as well as regarding their age. That was the true reason of declining you safe transport for the smalles baby. Please kindly notify that we had available one seat at the airport in another car that allowed us to provide you safe transfer for the oldest child. Last but not least despite offering 60 minutes free waiting time - we offered you almost 100 minutes for free due to complications with your luggage without requesting any extra fees. Please remember any time you travel abroad to follow local rules and regulations for example regarding child seats and ask any time you need local provider to explain you the conditions what would help us to avoid any unusual solutions. We always prepare for service if we are informed about as we prooved on the way back giving to all babies safe and comfortable transport on specified child seats. Hope you have enjoyed your visit in Warsaw anyway. Kind regards Wojtek, Owner of WK Transfers

Reliable and excellent service
Our flight was delayed but Wojciech waited for us. He also provided a child seat for our 2 year old. He was a safe and reliable driver and spoke perfect English. On our return trip we forgot to leave the keys for our stay and he went above and beyond and delivered them to the landlord for us. I highly recommend me Kapusta as a driver.

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Warsaw Chopin Airport Round-Trip Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Warsaw.
How much does Private Warsaw Chopin Airport Round-Trip Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $59 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Warsaw usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Warsaw Chopin Airport Round-Trip Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Warsaw is not rushed.
Is Private Warsaw Chopin Airport Round-Trip Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Warsaw, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Warsaw Chopin Airport Round-Trip Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Warsaw Chopin Airport Round-Trip Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Warsaw Chopin Airport Round-Trip Transfer?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Warsaw can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Warsaw and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Warsaw Chopin Airport Round-Trip Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Warsaw within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Warsaw?
+
On Outty we rank every Warsaw experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Discover the Dark Side of Warsaw in Praga District by Retro Bus, Private Tour: Warsaw City Sightseeing by Retro Fiat, Private Historical Tour of Warsaw by a Retro Fiat with Pickup. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Warsaw?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Warsaw?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
