Magical
Our visit to Uluwatu Temple with Gede was an unforgettable highlight of our Bali trip. Gede was exceptional, he made the experience both enjoyable and meaningful. His guidance around the temple monkeys was especially appreciated, helping my daughters feel safe and relaxed throughout the visit. The temple’s dramatic cliffside setting and breathtaking ocean views were simply stunning. The Kecak Dance at sunset was pure magic, with its unique performance, spectacular atmosphere, and unforgettable backdrop. To end the evening, we enjoyed a lovely dinner by the beach, combining delicious food with a beautiful seaside ambiance. A perfect experience from start to finish. Thank you, Gede, for your kindness and for making this day so memorable. We highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and exceptional Bali experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Uluwatu temple/ Kecek dance
We had a wonderful experience with Gede, driver and guide all in one! We were so grateful to have him with us on our tour at Uluwatu temple with all the clever monkeys trying to steal tourist phones and glasses. Our brave guide was able to retrieve the valuables for the guests. He warned us appropriately so luckily our group did not get attacked. Gede made sure we were well hydrated in the heat and always have pearls of advice for the best view, the best angle and best overall experience of the local culture, dance, foods and bazaars. We appreciated his guidance and punctuality through and through.

I highly recommend Gede Putra to anyone visiting Bali. He is professional, polite, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. What really stood out was his genuine kindness and willingness to help with everything, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our trip. His positive attitude and local knowledge made our experience much more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy guide, Gede is an excellent choice. Thank you, Gede, for making our Bali trip so memorable!

Gede Made This the Highlight of Our Bali Vacation
Ask for Gede. He Made This the Best Tour of Our Entire Bali Trip. We spent over two weeks exploring Bali and booked multiple private tours, but this Uluwatu tour with Gede was the experience we’ll remember most. The sights are incredible, but what truly made this day special was our guide, Gede. From the moment he picked us up, Gede was warm, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure our family had an unforgettable day. Traveling with two children can sometimes be challenging, but he connected with all of us and adjusted the pace perfectly. We never felt rushed. Uluwatu Temple is stunning, but Gede brought it to life by explaining the history, Balinese Hindu traditions, and the significance of the temple in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. Instead of simply walking us from one viewpoint to another, he helped us appreciate what we were seeing. One of the biggest reasons I’m writing this review is because of how much local knowledge he shared. Before entering the temple, Gede explained exactly how to avoid having our belongings taken by the famous Uluwatu monkeys. We watched several tourists lose sunglasses and hats while our family had no problems because we followed his advice. He also knew the best locations and timing for photos. Many of our favorite family pictures from Bali were taken by Gede, and they are memories we’ll treasure for years. The sunset at Uluwatu Temple followed by the Kecak Fire Dance was breathtaking, and Gede made sure we had excellent seats and understood the story being performed. Having someone explain the cultural background transformed the performance from entertainment into something truly meaningful. Throughout the day, Gede was happy to answer every question we had about Balinese culture, religion, food, family life, and places to visit. By the end of the tour, he felt less like a guide and more like a friend showing us his home. If you’re considering a private Uluwatu tour in Bali, my advice is simple: book this tour and request Gede if he’s available. He turned what would have been a beautiful sightseeing trip into one of the most memorable experiences of our entire vacation. Five stars aren’t enough. Thank you, Gede, for making our family’s visit to Uluwatu so unforgettable.

Why this scores 77
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private ULUWATU Sunset Highlight And Dinner All Inclusive: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Jimbaran.
How much does Private ULUWATU Sunset Highlight And Dinner All Inclusive cost?
+
Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Jimbaran usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private ULUWATU Sunset Highlight And Dinner All Inclusive take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Jimbaran is not rushed.
Is Private ULUWATU Sunset Highlight And Dinner All Inclusive worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 31 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Jimbaran, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private ULUWATU Sunset Highlight And Dinner All Inclusive?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private ULUWATU Sunset Highlight And Dinner All Inclusive suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private ULUWATU Sunset Highlight And Dinner All Inclusive?
+
Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jimbaran can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jimbaran and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private ULUWATU Sunset Highlight And Dinner All Inclusive start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Jimbaran within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Jimbaran?
+
On Outty we rank every Jimbaran experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Discover The Best of Ubud: All-Inclusive and Private Guided Tour, Ubud: Monkey Forest, Jungle Swing, Rice Terrace and Water Temple, Best of Ubud Private and All-Inclusive 1-Day Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Jimbaran?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Jimbaran?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
