Best Private Tour Driver EVER!
BEST PRIVATE TOUR DRIVER EVER! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Infinity Ingressos was absolutely amazing in so many ways. Without them, we would not have been able to experience the incredible Iguazu Falls from the Argentina side. We arrived in Foz do Iguaçu on Tuesday and only had two days planned for the falls: Day 1: Brazil side + boat tour Day 2: Argentina side + helicopter tour But then everything changed. On our first day, there was a severe storm warning, and we were stuck at our hotel all day. That meant we lost an entire day of our trip and suddenly had to fit everything into our final day before our evening flight. As tourists, we didn’t know anyone in the area. ChatGPT recommended Infinity Ingressos, so I contacted them through WhatsApp the night before — on VERY short notice — and they responded incredibly quickly. I explained exactly what we needed: pick us up at our hotel, take us to the Argentine side of the falls, then to the helicopter helipad, back to the hotel to collect our luggage, and finally to the airport. They gave me a very good price and answered every question I had. The operator on WhatsApp even suggested that we go to Argentina first in the morning and do the helicopter ride afterward, which turned out to be the perfect plan. They paired us with our driver and guide, Rosana. Unfortunately, Rosana did not speak English, but that was absolutely no problem because we used an online translator throughout the day. She was wonderful, professional, attentive and incredibly helpful. We booked everything. The next morning, at 7:30 AM sharp, Rosana and her car were waiting for us at our hotel. They even suggested that instead of leaving our luggage at the hotel storage, we put everything in the car and go directly to the airport after our tours. That saved us time and made our already tight schedule much easier. Rosana drove extremely well and took us across the border into Argentina. She dropped us off at the visitor center, and we spent about three hours walking the Upper Circuit. Because of Infinity Ingressos, we were able to experience this magnificent natural wonder from the Argentine side — getting incredibly close to the falls and seeing them from a completely different perspective. After that, Rosana picked us up and took us to the helipad for our helicopter ride. And here is another example of how amazing she was… I wanted to get a few last souvenirs from Parque das Aves. While we were doing our helicopter tour, Rosana actually went across the street and bought me a beautiful bird souvenir! That was completely above and beyond what we expected. After our helicopter experience, Rosana drove us directly to the airport. She also helped us with our Argentina National Park tickets. I was having trouble purchasing them online, so she purchased them for us and we reimbursed her for the cost. She made everything so easy. She was fast, efficient, attentive, responsive and extremely professional from beginning to end. We were also able to pay in U.S. dollars, which made everything very convenient for us. And here is something that really says a lot: I contacted six different private transportation companies through WhatsApp because we were trying to arrange everything at the last minute. Only two responded. Infinity Ingressos was not only one of the companies that responded — they were the first to respond, the most affordable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the first WhatsApp message to the final drop-off at the airport, everything worked perfectly. Because of them, we were able to experience the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls AND our helicopter ride on our final day, despite losing an entire day of our trip because of the storm. 5 STARS +++++ If you are visiting Foz do Iguaçu and need private transportation, a driver, or help organizing your day across the Brazil–Argentina border, I highly recommend Infinity Ingressos.
