Kind and safe driver
Really lovely driver who looked after us well. Produced a pillow when he noticed heads were nodding! Communicated via translator app when there were stops. Good safe driving in a fully electric car that was smooth, quiet and very clean.

Shoddy Service from Viator
The car company, Paradise Indochina Travel, based in Hanoi, was excellent. But do NOT book them through Viator. Book directly with the car company. Viator messed up our travel arrangements -- both coming and going. Even after I called Viator to complain, they STILL got it wrong. This almost ruined our trip. I write about this to the CEO of Trip Advisor, which owns Viator, and of course received no response. The Viator staff repeated assured me that the car would arrive but then failed -- repeatedly -- to correct the booking. Indeed when the car finally took us to our destination, they had the incorrect address (of course) even after I had informed them of the correct location multiple times. I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with Viator. The car company, however, was outstanding. The drivers were smart and safe. Just book directly and do not use Viator as a middleman.
Response from the operator: Hi, We think that you wrote your assessment to a wrong place. The assessment here is just for the customer feedback for the transfer service (pickup timing, vehicle quality, driver skills...). This is not a place for the assessment for Viator staff or the booking platform error. The wrong place assessment will not help Viator improve but mislead, causing the misunderstanding of our future customers about our transfer services. Thank you!

The Ultimate Group Transport: 10/10 Service! 🚐🔥
Traveling with a group of 10 can be chaotic, but Hanoi VIP Transfer made our airport run on Dec 20 feel like a breeze! We needed a ride from our hotel to the airport, and they delivered 5-star service. The van was massive, icy-cold AC, and plenty of room for all our bags. Our driver was punctual, super chill, and got us there with time to spare. No stress, just good vibes to end an epic trip. If you’ve got a big crew, skip the hassle and book these guys! 🚐🔥🙌

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 People, 100% Satisfaction! Best Transfer in Hanoi!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute VIP Treatment for Our Group of 10! If you’re traveling with a big crew, Hanoi VIP Transfer is a total game-changer! We booked a transfer for 10 people from our hotel to the airport on Dec 20, and the experience was flawless. The vehicle was spacious, pristine, and easily handled all of us plus luggage. Our driver was a legend—punctual, professional, and navigated the traffic like a pro, making the ride super smooth. Ending our trip with zero stress was the ultimate win. If you want reliable, top-tier service in Vietnam, look no further. Highly recommended! 🚐💨✨

Arrived Safely But VERY Aggressive & Uncomfortable
We booked a transfer from Hanoi to Hi Giang because of all the positive reviews. Driver arrived on time. Car was pleasant and clean. However, his driving was aggressive to the point where it was a very uncomfortable 5.5 hour trip. We had grown accustomed to the type of driving in Vietnam by this point; this was over the time aggressive to where my girlfriend and I both felt unsafe. He seemed upset that he had to drive us this distance. We had a transfer booked back from Ha Giang but cancelled it and booked another company due to this poor experience. Two stars instead of one because we arrived alive.
Response from the operator: Dear, We have investigated this case and found out that our team refused your return ride because you hid the information when you made the booking. We wrote clearly that "animals NOT ALLOWED" but you brought 2 smelly dogs and put them in an open cage. Our car is used daily for every passenger so it would be a big problem if we carry your dogs. We had our right to refuse the ride without a refund. However, we did not do that. Once we met you with 2 smelly dogs, we could not agree to use our SUV for that. However we still tried to help you find the solution by arranging a "pick-up" car to continue ride. We understood you were not happy with that but honestly it was the best option. If we had known that you brought the 2 smelly dogs, we would have refused the booking. We think that instead of writing your own story with hidden information, you should thank us for helping you solve the problem and you should be honest, Good luck!

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private transfers Hanoi Ha Giang One Way (Free hotel pickup): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.
How much does Private transfers Hanoi Ha Giang One Way (Free hotel pickup) cost?
+
Prices start at $145 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private transfers Hanoi Ha Giang One Way (Free hotel pickup) take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.
Is Private transfers Hanoi Ha Giang One Way (Free hotel pickup) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 34 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private transfers Hanoi Ha Giang One Way (Free hotel pickup)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private transfers Hanoi Ha Giang One Way (Free hotel pickup) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private transfers Hanoi Ha Giang One Way (Free hotel pickup)?
+
Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private transfers Hanoi Ha Giang One Way (Free hotel pickup) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hanoi?
+
On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hanoi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hanoi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
