Excellent service and a great driver
Excellent transfer service! Our driver arrived right on time, greeted us warmly, and helped with our luggage. The air‑conditioned van was very comfortable, and the ride along the Amalfi Coast felt smooth and stress-free. We even got a couple of scenic stops for photos: a very thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this for a hassle-free trip between Sorrento and Positano.

Not very professional
I booked months in advance and day before I was contacted to ask if I could move the pick up time. No problem because our plans at arrival destination fell through. Our driver picked us up in time but then stopped to fill up the car with gas, left the car running with no air conditioning and no windows to roll down. We were stopped for 10 mins in total. Entirely unprofessional. The only saving grace was that the company contacted our hotel whose staff met us at our drop off location to carry our luggage (this is the only reason I’m giving a 3). For, $250 for a 30 min ride, I expect the car to have gas…

Great transport!
We booked this private transfer from Sorrento to Positano. Our driver, Christian, arrived promptly and picked us up in a clean and spacious Mercedes van. He greeted us with a warm and friendly personality. He was so informative and educated us about different areas through which we traveled. He even made a couple of quick stops, allowing us to take a couple of photos from fantastic viewing locations. We are so happy we booked this transfer! We will definitely be booking again through Viator. You will not be disappointed!
