Peter is the best driver!
Peter is the best! He was so friendly and talkative and gave us information we would have never found out about. Not just that, our hotel was giving us issues and he was there and supported us and helped us out tremendously and I would book with this place again if we can have Peter as our driver again!!!

Excellent I mean excellent service. I’ve travelled a lot and the hospitality that these drivers produce is beyond expectations. Jovan’s our driver is a class of a man. May God continue to bless you. Very professional, on point. He even brought us souvenirs. Our driver back ceejay was also excellent. Everything was perfect. Would definitely come back to this beautiful island and for sure would be using their services again. Thank you again for everything. Can’t forget Sheren excellent communication. driver never showed up, cost us about an hour of our limited time on the island
The transfer was supposed to be from Montego Bay cruise terminal to Doctor's Cave beach, but I didn't see it listed. We were in contact with the company when we were about to get off the ship on WhatsApp and told them we may be slightly late getting off the ship because they were running a little behind. We got a response saying they received this message. A few minutes later we message them again and told them we were getting off the ship only 5 min late. We messaged them again repeatedly for 45 min while waiting for their shuttle, and also contacted three different workers at the parking area, one had a cell phone that we could use to call them directly, another radioed to security who tried to contact them, a third helped us look around the parking area (which wasn't all that large). None of the workers were able to spot this company vehicle during that 45 min period. This was cutting into our day at the beach so we ended up taking another shuttle, and we contacted them to tell them we were no longer waiting for them. Some time later, we got a response saying that the driver was supposedly there. If that was true, he didn't do a good enough job of making himself conspicuous to us (like they are SUPPOSED to), or to ANYONE else who worked at the port so he could be found. They REFUSED to offer a refund, claiming the driver had to pay to get into the area, which isn't our problem if he showed up 45 min late and didn't make himself conspicuous enough to be found. Now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge for a service that was never delivered. I picked this company because of all the good reviews I see here. I don't know if this was an anomaly due to one bad driver, or the reviews here are fake, but even if it was just a case of one bad driver, the company should have given us a refund, so that's poor customer service on their part. I told them that they can either refund our money, and our review would say that there was just a miscommunication and they refunded our money, or we will do the credit card dispute and write a bad review. They made a bad choice. Beware of dealing with this company!

Did not show up at airport
The ride to the hotel and back was prepaid. The driver never showed up at airport. We waited 45 min outside then grabbed a cab instead. Would have been shorter to go on hotel provided transportation

Cregon was the best driver we have ever had and Jamaica Get Away Travel is the BEST!
We had a great experience with this private transfer from MBJ to Sandals Ochi. Cregon was very prompt and provided us a very comfortable and clean car with amazing personality. When we come back down we will request him again as he really is the best of the best.
