Great company perfect as always
Having used Love Egypt and Hassany on all our previous trips to Egypt it made sense to use him again as he has never disappointed us. This trip was no different arrangements were made via WhatsApp and everything ran smoothly. Driver was there when we arranged for him to be on both legs from hotel to Nile cruise boat (even finding where the cruise was located) and then from Nile boat back to hurghada everything was perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that had travel needs in Egypt.

Complex transfer from hurgada with children!!!
Oh my god!!! This family run company is so conscientious you would not believe!!! Even before we arrived into Egypt the company was in contact with us to ensure they had all of the paperwork needed for us to pass through the numerous checkpoints between hurgada and luxor, which was really comforting. We were supposed to arrive into Hurgada airport at 16:00 but because of a storm we were delayed by 1.30 hours!!! The road between hurgada and luxor closes and 18.00 so we were forced to stay in hurgada the night. Mohammed and his son then scrambled to arrange NEW passes for us so we were able to leave 7am the next morning. Apart from the hassle.of having to get the papers AGAIN Keep in mind he had lost the money for the use of his car on the second day... but he just smiled saying we were his guests, and that is exactly how we felt. The car was impeccable and very comfortable for the 4 hour drive. We had such a good experience with this company that we recommended them to friends we had made in Egypt (and they were treated just as royally as we were) honestly I would happily use this company any time i came to Egypt as the service was stunning and the price was brilliant!

Hurghada to Luxor & west bank tour
We arranged with Hass (all by email, all very efficient) for LET to collect us from our Hurghada hotel, drive to Luxor, take us to our hotel there to check in and have a quick lunch, and then takecus on a guided tour of Hatchepsut temple, valley of the kings, and the colossi of memnon. They will also takec us back to hurghada in a couple of days. All went very smoothly, we were collected right on time by a very nice driver in a mini-van (with no other customers, so it was like a private ride). We were met in Luxor by Hass and he introduced us to our guide, Sheema. She is a lovely lady - very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very happy to take our input on the itinerary. We started at hatshepsut temple. Sheema gave us a very detailed introduction to the major Egyptian gods, rulers and religious/historical background to the people and places we were about to see. This was interesting (it was well presented, not a dry lecture but an enthusiastically told story) and it set the context for all of the days visits. Sheema then led us to the temple (getting rid of any annoying street hawkers with ease!). She explained a few specifics (dates, construction etc) and gave us some pointers on what to look out for. She then left us to wander around inside for as long as we wanted. Very interesting, about 30 minutes to see it all in detail. Then, on to valley of the kings. We asked Sheema to reccomend us which three tombs to visit on the standard ticket - her choices were great, Ramises III was my favourites. She also advised us to see one extra, Ramises VI - which was well worth the extra 80 egyptian pounds per person entry. We had a little problem in the 1st Tomb - we had not chosen to pay for the photo permit, and my phone, which I'd kept firmly in my pocket, started to buzz. I pulled it out briefly, and saw that there was an error with the SIM card (this happens occasionally, and the phone, while it can still be unlocked, can't be used for anything at all until it is rebooted). I just put it straight back in my pocket, aware that I didn't want to be seen with my camera phone out without the photo permit - but one of the guardians arrived, and demanded to see my phone (to prove I'd taken pictures). He spoke almost no english, and would not be convinced that the big error message on the screen proved that it was not capable of running the camera app. A rather nasty stand off developed, and he started threatening to call the police unless I got the camera app working. I refused to budge, so I stayed with him and the phone in the tomb, while my wife ran out to grab Sheema. She arrived quickly, took one look at the phone error message, and gave the guardian a piece of her mind. This incident alone justified having a guide around, as we'd have lost a lot of time and/or money if we'd had to keep arguing on our own. We spent about 2 hours in the valley of the kings, and it was truly spectacular. After that we made a brief stop at the colossi, which are very imposing (though only takes 10 minutes to see). Then it was back to the hotel for a rest! Love Egypt Tours were very professional both before and during the day. Car and driver were good, and Sheema was a great guide. I thoroughly reccomend both the company and Sheema personally - if you want some interesting information and pleasant company to go with your tour, you will not go wrong with her.

Private Transfer: Luxor to Hurghada Hotels: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Luxor.
How much does Private Transfer: Luxor to Hurghada Hotels cost?
+
Prices start at $39 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Luxor usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Transfer: Luxor to Hurghada Hotels take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Luxor is not rushed.
Is Private Transfer: Luxor to Hurghada Hotels worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Luxor, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Transfer: Luxor to Hurghada Hotels?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Transfer: Luxor to Hurghada Hotels suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Private Transfer: Luxor to Hurghada Hotels?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Luxor can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Luxor and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Transfer: Luxor to Hurghada Hotels start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Luxor within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Luxor?
+
On Outty we rank every Luxor experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Tour of Luxor West Bank Temples and Tombs (Private), Luxury Sunrise Balloon Ride in Luxor with Hotel Pickup, Luxor Day Tour: Valley of Kings & Queens & Hatchepsut Temples. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Luxor?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Luxor?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
