🚐 Private Transfer Was 100x Better Than the Sleeper Bus!
The absolute best way to travel from Hanoi to Sapa — and we definitely regret not booking the private transfer again for the way back! 🚐✨ We were a group of 4 people traveling from Manila to Hanoi on a late-night flight, arriving at Noi Bai International Airport at 12:45 AM. Before we even arrived, Reliable Vietnam Travel had already been messaging us around 8 PM to confirm our flight details and coordinate our airport pickup. We really appreciated how attentive and organized they were from the beginning. And to our surprise, when we arrived, they gave us a complimentary upgrade from the 7-seater vehicle we booked to their premium 11-seater VIP limousine! 😍 We honestly didn’t expect it, and it was such a wonderful surprise after a long flight. The vehicle was incredibly spacious, smooth, and comfortable, with plush reclining seats and massage functions. After our late-night flight, the comfortable ride made the long journey from Hanoi to Sapa so much easier. Since we had never tried a sleeper bus before, we decided to give it a try for our trip from Sapa back to Hanoi. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for us. The winding mountain roads made all four of us extremely dizzy and carsick, and we even ended up throwing up along the way. We honestly regretted not booking the private transfer again! After experiencing both, we can confidently say that we much prefer the private car. With the private transfer, we could relax comfortably, travel at our own pace, and even request a quick stop whenever we needed one. The team was very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire journey. Their communication, customer service, and attention to detail were truly excellent. If you’re traveling between Hanoi and Sapa and are deciding between a sleeper bus and a private transfer, do yourself a favor and choose the private car! After trying both, we can definitely say that the private transfer was worth it for us. ❤️ Highly recommended! 🚐✨
