Don't think of using this service!
Terrible service! We had booked the ride for pickup at our hotel in old qtr to the airport for 7pm. The driver didn't show up till 7:10 & that's when I contacted the operator via msg & WA phone call. Come to find out the guy is a broker & I think he missed assigning a driver to my request. That's when he started finding a driver for me. The hotel reception staff was very kind & called the operator for me. Eventually a taxi was provided by the broker & came at 7:45pm. Luckily I had booked the taxi much in advance to my flight departure so had time to reach the airport but if I had reserved with little time I'd miss my flight. Didn't know how to get help from Victor either. I'd think twice to arrange taxi service from Victor as they don't provide any support. Afterwards the broker sent msg saying some excuse of the previous driven having some emergency. I don't buy it! He never provided the driver contact info at all.
Response from the operator: I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, we handled the situation as quickly as possible and got you on your way as soon as we could. The result was that you still managed to make it in time for your flight. We hope you understand that there can always be unexpected situations that deviate from the planned schedule. This can happen to anyone. However, you failed to see the outcome and our efforts to resolve the issue. We are truly sorry! We informed you that, unfortunately, the driver had an accident, and we had to arrange for another vehicle. It was especially challenging because your hotel is located in the night market and pedestrian zone, where vehicle access is restricted during weekends. We did everything we could. The important thing is that you did not have to incur any additional expenses. Consequently, you arrived at the airport on time, and any additional costs incurred due to the incident were covered by us to ensure the best service! Thank you for visiting Vietnam!
