Quality service (guide, car) but not in accordance with the commitment, zero commercial gestures, therefore not honest
The seller Patricio sold me for 800€ an 8-hour day including pick up in Seville at my hotel (and return), guided tour of Cordoba for 3 hours with quote “entrance included” of the mosque and the alcazar. This, repeated twice in the email. Upon arrival, the guide asked me to pay the entrance fees for the mosque because she did not have the tickets, then she told us that unfortunately the alcazar was closed for work....I therefore asked to be reimbursed for the tickets for the mosque as well as compensation for the visit to the alcazar which did not take place, although mentioned in the description of the day. I was told first that I misunderstood, then when I attached the screenshots of the email describing the service, or twice it says “entrance included”Patricio agreed that it was an error, not on his part but on the part of the AI that had automatically generated the description. But that’s not like a word of apology or a commercial gesture. At my insistence, radio silence, my messages are no longer open. It is still an overpriced service 800€, I think the margin is comfortable, and even if the guide in Cordoba was top, I am not satisfied with this agency.

The tour was always specifically described and in the inclusions, in all the emails, as well as the invoice and the confirmation voucher. In all the documents, it stated what is included and in no case were tickets included. It was an option of course but you didn't ask to include the tickets or anything regarding that. Food and drinks are always NOT included as per the messages that we include. Before payment, you had not only the emails but also the invoice. There would can review it and see that no tickets are included. The price that was given was excluding tickets. You can even calculate it yourself. You booked a private luxury vehicle with driver for 8 Hours and a private official tour guide for 4 hours. The price you paid was exclusively for those services that as you know, being private, is higher and more expensive than a group tour. If you or anyone need any more information, please let us know.
