No customer service
As long as they need to sell you services, they are present, but for the rest, it is more complicated. The trip between Paraty and Abraao was 1 hour late. For the return, no response to our repeated requests for changes, and now no feedback from customer service for a refund.

Too bad to travel with kids
I hired the top transfer service to make a trip with my husband and my 2-year-old baby, between Rio de Janeiro, Grand Island (Vila do Abraão) and Paraty. We had to hire a private transfer, much more expensive than usual, because in the normal transfer the baby would have to go on the lap, and we did not find it safe to go without a chair since the trips are long. I can say that at this point the top transfer FALHOU. In the 3 trips we made the chair was not suitable for a 2-year-old baby, and always came broken/incomplete. That is, we paid very expensive for a service that was not provided. Among all the trips we sent messages to top transfer to reinforce the need to send a seat fit to a 2-year-old child, and they never answered or corrected the situation. I also want to add that the boarding in Vila do Abraao was horrible. The staff of the top transfer that was there did not let us board the boat that left in the time we had set, and forced us to stay almost an hour waiting for another boat, with the baby on the lap. In short, I do not recommend this company for those who want to travel without worries, much less for those who have children.

We had booked transfers from Paraty to Angra Dos Reis. This was done with a professionally behaving driver in a decent car - as advertized. Our places on the boat to and from Ilha Grande were also secured. The trip from Angra Dos Reis was not as expected. Not the car, nor the driver. Texting NON-STOP. What about the safety of the passangers? For the package we paid over 1800 $R. If you book it yourself it would cost a maximum of 850 $R we discovered now.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND
It had a PREMIUM transfer route and boat to Vermelha beach in Ilha Grande. First, they make you take 2 land transports (from Rio to Jacarei and then to Angra do Reis) + the boat to the Island. Second, they did NOT report the full trip schedules well at any time. On the way, I was in Barra de Tijuca as if to continue to Jacarei, but they made us return to Copacabana to look for other passengers (which I understand was who had to get on first). I mean, they made us turn back and then go back to Jacarei. Imagine it was Monday morning, PEAK TIME. THE AMOUNT OF HOURS LOST: We climbed 8:30 am to arrive only at 13 hs to Angra and from there WAIT 2 MORE HOURS until the boat schedule. At every point they stopped, WE HAD TO WAIT. I mean, an Uber ride would have been for half the time and not much more money. While the return had fewer waiting times at each point, it occurred to the driver that it was okay to park 3 blocks from the meeting point they asked us to drag the bag those 3 blocks up.
