Swindler !!! JOSE TRANSFER SCAM
We paid for a very expensive tour in dollars, it didn't deliver and left my partner and I abandoned on a horrible beach! We stayed until 9 at night abandoned without a return transportation because it was a not very crowded place, and at 10 at night Manzo sent a boy to look for us on a horse in terrible condition! We were bitten by all the mosquitoes on the way back and after walking for a while a taxi picked us up and charged us in dollars! Jose is a scammer, he asks for the money and doesn't comply.
Response from the operator: Todos los que esa persona dicen es falso esa persona han echo varía fechorías en punta cana ellos contratan compañía de turismo y luego hacen reportes de queja para esigir dinero a través del chantaje y la distorsion tomaronla información de mi facebook hicieron una página falsa para distorsionar a mis clientes

This company has very poor scheduling. Don’t use them!!!
I had had hired Transfer Jose your friend, months before my trip in April. The pick up from the airport to our resort was very good .They were there waiting for us when we got there. We were a party of four. We paid the driver for both ways at that time. Our resort was an hour and 20 minutes from Punta Cana airport. He told us he would be picking us up at 11:00 AM on our return flight day. It did concern our entire party that it was to late. But we agreed to it and we're hoping for the best. Our return flight was at 2:30 PM and like I said it took an hour and 20 minutes to get from one location to the other. You should be at the airport two hours early. On the day before we were ready to leave. I wrote him and I ask him if everything was still on for 11 AM the next day he then proceeded to tell me 12 o'clock I said that's not going to work. And he just kept saying that was plenty of time to get to the airport. Then he said 11:15 then after some more talking to him he made it 11:00 AM. Well the day came. He was not there at 11 o'clock. It was 11:25 and the bell boys were even concerned so they called us a taxi which cost me an additional $130. Then this company sent me a picture of the driver at 11:54 AM with my name on a sign at the resort guess it was to prove that he was there. We would have never made our flight in time The airport was packed!!There were long lines everywhere . so thankful we took the taxi because we just made our flight. While still in the Dominican I wrote him that I wanted my money back he wrote back and said he'd give me the money. Then next day I wrote him again and he said in the morning he would give me the money. And there was Many conversations in almost a month tomorrow that he kept telling me he was going to send me the money one excuse after another, telling me how honest he was, and that he would never do this to anybody, and he NEVER did send me anything. So I lost $110 for the return trip and had to pay another $130 for a taxi. He then proceeds to tell me that he had a crazy day and was overbooked. He had a party of 52 people on an excursion well that should not have affected me when had booked my trip months in advance. I had posted this review about two weeks after we got back from vacation he seen it and wrote me and was very upset that I posted it and said that he would make this right, so I agreed to take it down to give the man a chance. I feel like we were treated very poorly. I would not recommend his company to anybody my next trip to Punta Cana I will be very selective in my transportation choices.

Excellent service by Jose and his staff...
I prebooked Jose in July 2022 to pick us up at the Punta Cana Airport on April 1st 2023 to take us to the Melia Punta Cana Wellness resort. Everything Jose promised he delivered!! Excellent service, cars are clean and comfortable. We also did a catamaran boat tour with Jose. That was an absolute blast!! Jose accompanied us to the boat and was there to greet us when his staff returned us to shore...Jose even walked us back to our resort! Jose is very professional, informative, reliable, and a super nice gentleman! Book all your rides and excursions through Jose....you will not be disappointed!! I guarantee you!
Response from the operator: Muchas gracias por su apoyo y su comentario siempre estaremos dandole el mejor servicio a cada uno de nuestros clientes y recuerden que aquí tienen un amigo para cuando regresen

José muy mal
Even though Jose’s past reviews last year, things were very different for our vacation, everything he promised at the airport didn’t happen, then tours we planned were even worse, after paying for everything he wouldn’t turn up, then send someone else who didn’t take us to the tour we wanted, he owes us over $500 and there’s no sign of ever getting that back! Let us down on many occasions and the reason he gave was because he had been partying until 6am!!! Not acceptable when you pay around $1000 for everything and get ripped off! He acts like your best friend but he definitely isn’t! Avoid at all costs !!!!!!

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private transfer from Punta Cana to Bajahive Dominicus: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Private transfer from Punta Cana to Bajahive Dominicus cost?
+
Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private transfer from Punta Cana to Bajahive Dominicus take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Private transfer from Punta Cana to Bajahive Dominicus worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private transfer from Punta Cana to Bajahive Dominicus?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private transfer from Punta Cana to Bajahive Dominicus suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private transfer from Punta Cana to Bajahive Dominicus?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private transfer from Punta Cana to Bajahive Dominicus start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Off Road Buggy Adventure. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
