Grand adventure
We are happy they came on time. The van from the airport to the hotel was not to pleasant as first impression but the driver was nice. The van from the hotel to the airport was more pleasant clean seats . I made a mistake on my booking for the day that we was supposed to leave to the airport and they where able to fixed, and my husband and I are very thankful for that. One observation: Let the costumer know who is coming to pick them up, including a picture of the driver. We arrived on August 24-29

Excellent and Accommodating Service
I had to change my transportation arrangements three times because of Flight delayed again and again, and each time the team was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating. They handled every change smoothly and professionally without any hassle. The car was comfortable and the service was reliable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable and stress-free transportation btw the hotel and airport.

Great service! Even though my JetBlue flight was delayed and I changed date and time for 3 times, they were still there to pick me up without issue. Very reliable, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I accidentally made my reservation with the wrong option, but the company was very helpful and patient in assisting me to correct the mistake. They quickly explained what I needed to do and made sure everything was sorted out without any problems. I really appreciate their attention, kindness, and professionalism. Mediocre car service with delays. Need improvement with being on time
Pick up from the airport was a little difficult as we did not know where to meet the pick up staff. It took us a little while to find the person but once we did he was very helpful with grabbing and pulling the luggage. The walk to the car was a bit far as opposed to where other taxis were picking up from. We had to wait about 30 mins for the driver to arrive (i wish there was not a wait). The driver was very friendly and allowed us to stop at a store to get waters and snack for my son. This was the best part i think. Transport to the hotel was efficient. Pickup from the hotel back to the airport was a little delayed. I requested at 10:30 AM pickup but was told the driver would arrive at 11 AM. The pickup was further delayed due to the car not being able to pass hotel security initially. Luckily the bellhop was able to help and contacted security to let the car in. The delays are not good when you are traveling with a large family and need to get to the airport to catch a flight. The vehicles need to improve their AC units as it was rather warm in the vehicles. Other than this… it was an okay service that needs improvement on punctuality since travelers are on time constraints.
