Athens port pickup
First our driver did not know how to find us. Which port. Which ship. Never happened before. Also his driving was questionable. Could not stay in lanes etc. also never happened in past.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding the pick-up, as the information in the review does not reflect what actually happened. According to the booking, the scheduled pick-up time was 9:00 AM. Our driver arrived at the port well in advance and was at the port from approximately 8:45 AM until 9:05 AM. Our GPS records confirm that the vehicle was parked at the port, next to the cruise ship where you were staying, throughout this time. At approximately 8:45 AM, the driver contacted you to introduce himself, inform you that he had arrived at the port, and let you know that he was waiting for you to disembark. There is an important practical detail that may not be apparent to passengers: port authorities do not allow vehicles to remain parked directly at the passenger disembarkation area while waiting for an extended period (depends on the exact location where the cruise ship is docked, there are 12 gates at Piraeus port). For this reason, our drivers wait at the designated parking/waiting area and contact passengers in advance. Once passengers are ready to come out, the driver asks them to call so that he can immediately drive to the appropriate meeting point and pick them up directly, without requiring them to walk around the port looking for the vehicle. If your driver wasn't at the correct location you wouldn't have left the port on time. Therefore, the driver did know which port and which cruise ship he was picking you up from, and he was already there well before the scheduled 9:00 AM pick-up time. The GPS records and the driver's communication with you support this. We understand that finding your driver at a busy cruise port can sometimes be confusing, but this is precisely why our drivers contact passengers in advance and coordinate the meeting point. We always aim to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible for our guests. Regarding the comment about the driving, we are sorry that you felt uncomfortable during the journey. Safety is always our first priority, and we take any concern about driving seriously. However, we would also like to clarify that our drivers are experienced professionals and we have not received similar concerns regarding this driver's service. We appreciate all feedback from our guests, but we also believe it is important to provide the full context so that future travelers reading this review have an accurate picture of what took place.
