Comfortable ride.

Not reliable
They canceled my reservation about a week before my trip. Not sure why since I had made the reservation a month or two before.

Prompt and Courteous Service
I traveled with my parents wife and 6 year old son. Our driver was prompt to pick us up from the hotel in Naples and even called me the night before to reschedule the departure time 1 hour earlier then planned as he said it had taken him nearly 3 hours to drive down the day before our trip. Friday nights are the most traffic this time of year. Our saturday 9 am trip took 1.5 hours or so.

We were wanting to visit Positano from Naples on our Italian tour in May 2018. Living in New Zealand, we searched for private transfer services online. Of all the companies we contacted for details and made inquiries with, Positano Limo Service was the fastest to respond, and the most professional in their communication with us, in fact, one company didn't even respond. In the week prior to our visit, we had great proactive contact confirming details of our transfer, telling what to expect when we arrived in Naples. Salvatore was there to meet us as promised and was incredibly professional and welcoming from the outset. Absolutely nothing was a problem for him. WE had great informative commentary about the local area, stopped to grab some pizza and when we wanted to stop a few times and take photos, he even took them for us. Salvatore called me later in the day when we had arrived, to give me a personal contact of his, in Positano, for an authentic Italian meal experience, which we took him up on and it was the best meal we've had in years. Salvatore also picked us up to return to Naples, took us to the best place for coffee and a bite to eat overlooking Sorrento, nothing was a problem. As a customer, we were incredibly impressed with this company, and have even gone to the length of passing on their card to our travel agent to ensure that all customer going to this amazing area of the world, book the best transfer service. If you are looking for ease, professionalism and friendly professional service - we would definitely say that you can book with confidence. Very good. 25 out of 10 !!
