Private transfer with Nancy
Nancy was so lovely and helpful. Having transferred from priano to pompei she allowed for a 2 hour stop for us to explore the area for a further transfer to Naples train station. Out trip was made so easy and such lovely company. Thank you Nancy !

Comfortable transport.
I booked a car for my daughter and myself from Naples to Pompeii and then to Positano. My flight landed early and custom’s took no time at all. We were an hour earlier than pick up time. I was still able to meet up with the driver as we landed. I even took a photo of where I was and he came to us to ensure we found him safely. Giovanni was so friendly and helped us get to Pompeii and was prompt with the pick up time after. From there he drove us to Positano, answering a questions we had including his favorite foods to eat so we could try them while in Italy. I will definitely book this again when I return!

Managing all the logistics to maximize enjoyment
Noemi and her team took a complicated itinerary I shared with her and made it effortless! She handled our transfers from Naples to Positano (and back), as well as day trips to Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius, and Pompeii. Pasquale, our driver, could not have been friendlier, and looked for ways to help make our trip better - even offering to wait and drive us to a restaurant on the other side of Positano from where we were staying. The guides for Herculaneum (Simonetta) and Pompeii (Vincenzo) really brought the experiences to life. We had frequent communication and all components of the trip were made easy. Gracie mille!

Car service from Napoli centrale to Praiano
My friends and I wanted to visit Praiano for a few days so we used this car service to get from Naples to Praiano. The views were amazing and the journey was very smooth thanks to our driver Nancy! Nancy was extremely friendly from start to finish! She picked us up as soon as we got off the train to help us with the bags and took us straight to the car. This was our first time in Naples so she made us feel very comfortable and constantly reassured us with any questions we had. Unfortunately, due to the many twists and turns during the journey (which were expected), i began to feel nauseous and dizzy as I usually get motion sickness with car journeys. Nancy reassured me that this happens all the time and was happy to stop the car for some fresh air until i felt much better and advised i should sit at the front to prevent me from feeling nauseous again. Nancy also gave us many recommendations about the city and again made us feel very comfortable and this was our first time in Naples! Highly recommend using this service and a special commendation to Nancy for making a long journey smooth and comfortable! Thank you Nancy and Positano Turismo car service !! Nisha

Why this scores 53
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private transfer from Naples to Pompeii or viceversa: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naples.
How much does Private transfer from Naples to Pompeii or viceversa cost?
+
Prices start at $85 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naples usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private transfer from Naples to Pompeii or viceversa take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naples is not rushed.
Is Private transfer from Naples to Pompeii or viceversa worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private transfer from Naples to Pompeii or viceversa?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private transfer from Naples to Pompeii or viceversa suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private transfer from Naples to Pompeii or viceversa?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private transfer from Naples to Pompeii or viceversa start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naples within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Naples?
+
On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Naples?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Naples?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
