Wonderful driver and guide

We chose this experience for 2 reasons: 1. A way to transfer from our hotel in Munich to our river cruise in Passau; 2. We wanted to visit Dachau Concentration Camp that morning without the worry of transit with our luggage. Tomas was an excellent, courteous driver, and we especially appreciated his knowledge of the background, history, and politics surrounding Dachau and the whole area we were driving through. It was a sobering visit made even more impactful by Tomas’ guidance! And then a seamless transfer to our ship in Passau. We highly recommend!!!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re pleased to hear that Tomas provided a courteous, seamless journey from Munich to Passau and helped make your visit to Dachau both meaningful and well organized. His knowledge of the area’s history and context clearly added depth to an important and sobering experience. We’re also glad the private transfer allowed you to travel comfortably with your luggage and arrive at your river cruise without stress. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would be honored to welcome you on another Europe Journey trip in the future.

Great transfer from Munich to Passau

Professional courteous driver picked us up at hotel. We had a 2 1/2 stop at Dachau concentration camp which was very somber. You could easily spend all day there. Arrived at our river boat right on time to unload luggage. The driver was nice enough to give us a ride into Passau saving us a taxi ride.

Response from the operator: Hi, Jodi! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that your driver provided professional and courteous service, making your journey smooth and timely. The visit to Dachau is indeed a somber and significant experience, and we’re pleased that your schedule allowed for that meaningful stop. It’s also wonderful to know that your driver went the extra mile by giving you a ride into Passau, adding even more convenience to your trip. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again in the future!

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
