Hospitality and Service Helped Us
John was very accommodating when we arrived at 12:50AM and called to let him know we landed. He informed that our driver (Simon) was already at the airport and where he was waiting for us. We ended up with lost baggage and were delayed completing paperwork and Simon waited nearly an hour for us to come out of baggage claim area. We were so apologetic but he understood our dilemma and was very kind. He offered suggestions to us during the drive and shared a little Malta history/culture. It made a challenging start to our trip a little bit more pleasant.

Truly ' A personal touch to every ride '. I was looking for airport transfers with a difference for a special occasion. JG Drive truly excelled! Professional experienced drivers who know their way around the Maltese islands even in the middle of morning rush hour (without using any apps or GPS). Drivers were on time, smartly dressed and very professional. The vehicles were spotless and fitting for the special occassion and environment friendly as requested. On return drivers were waiting and assisted with luggage for tye trip home. Highly recommended if you are looking away from the every day ride hailing apps and want a proper professional airport transfer, not a lift to the airport with payment! Thank you JG drive. Do not waste your time or money
I booked this supposedly very nice car to get us from the airport to the hotel. Despite waiting at least 25 minutes after getting our luggage, and despite repeated phone calls to the provider who repeatedly assured me that the driver was at the airport, no one showed up. We stood where the provider told us to stand to wait for the driver but no luck. Do not use this service. We ended up getting a cab and I will contest any effort by this provider to charge me.

Nice tranfer
Driver was waiting us on time. Nice driving. Helpful with our bags. Everything on schedule. He gave us Also directions how to go on foot to our hotel since he was not able to take us exactly outside to it.
