Our driver was VERY prompt and had VERY good communication when trying to pick us up! He was very communicative on where he was and where we wanted to be picked up! I highly recommend them if you're looking to have someone prompt and ready to go upon disembarkation from your cruise!

Exceptional service
Alex was exceptional! He communicated before our trip to get our arrival and contact information. He provided his contact information and details about our meeting time and place. On the day of our arrival he texted us throughout our border patrol passage making it easy to find each other among hundreds of travelers. He was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. A responsible travel arrangement company
Viator is surprisingly informative and follows up every step in my bookings with them, especially in payment schedule, responsive arrangements with my stipulations (travelling with 2 children (1 as infant). At the day of arrival (and before) in Iceland, I received text notifications from the driver Irina who kept a close watch on my plane movements (an hour late) and met us (with her clothes description) promptly at the gate of arrival and helped us with our bags. A wonderful lady! I am truly impressed with Viator in my first booking with them!
