Disappointing
The Viator app consistently failed to load As I could get no confirmation in spite of paying & trying for days, I sourced an independent transfer. A message from the driver initially booked came through after we had already arrived at the airport. This has never happened before & we always book our transfers with Viator.

There every book tourist made of the booking confirmation sent automaticaly to email which you submited. Your book reff no is BR-1027633763 which depart from Solia hotel Legian to airport and flight details no VA82 with ETD 23.20 local time. By the normal time you should be at the airport 3hrs before depart time (20.20 should be at the airport) and the driver already waiting and text you for many time since 19.00 which if there on time you take a time to deiver to airport in 30minutes. After the driver text you and have a calls for few time then you just reply the messages around 22.00 and driver also take picture about time and location and sent to your whatsapp. Overall we do very apologies for miss-understading. Reliable trustworthy driver
Reliable - Andri our driver waited at the airport for an hour and half. He was there with a smile and a sign. A great way to start our trip. His English was good and he was a very kind, trust worthy person. We then used his services many times during our holiday because he was so good.

Axial & fun driver
Picked up on time, Mr. Robbie's driver was also very pleasant and friendly. Although the conditions of the road are stuck, I am patient and happy to joke, especially my child so there are friends talking. Highly recommended for airport pickup services in Bali.
