Worse experience: the driver did not show up. I had to take a taxi.

Unreliable airport transfer, duplicate charges, and no resolution
I booked and paid $52.94 for a transfer from Ezeiza Airport (EZE) to Aeroparque (AEP) through TripAdvisor. When booking, I completed the website’s form with all the requested information: my arriving flight number and arrival time at EZE, as well as my connecting flight number and departure time from AEP. My flight arrived 30 minutes late. When I reached the arrivals area, no driver was there to meet me. I spent another 30 minutes waiting and asking around before taking a taxi to avoid missing my connecting flight. That taxi cost me $100. Once I was able to charge my phone, I discovered two WhatsApp messages asking for my arrival time and flight number—the same information I had already supplied when booking. By then, I was already in the taxi to AEP. I had not been instructed to monitor WhatsApp for essential pickup arrangements. Customers should not be expected to rely on an app they may not use, particularly immediately after an international flight. My wife, who was traveling the following day, does not even have WhatsApp. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for the booking. When I complained through WhatsApp, the responses showed little understanding of the situation and did not resolve my complaint. I am requesting a refund of both charges for the transfer that was not provided. I supplied the required flight details in advance, yet was left without a pickup and had to pay an additional $100 to reach AEP. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. Travelers booking a time-sensitive airport connection should be aware of the unreliable pickup arrangements, unclear communication expectations, and poor handling of complaints. Separate refund request Subject: Refund requested—EZE–AEP transfer not provided and duplicate charge I am requesting a refund of both charges associated with my EZE–AEP airport transfer booking. The advertised transfer cost was $52.94, but I was charged twice. At the time of booking, I provided my EZE arrival flight number and arrival time, along with my connecting flight number and departure time from AEP. Although my flight arrived 30 minutes late, no driver was there to meet me. After waiting and asking around for another 30 minutes, I had to take a taxi at a cost of $100 to avoid missing my connection. Only after charging my phone did I see two WhatsApp messages asking for flight information I had already submitted through your website. I had not been instructed to monitor WhatsApp for pickup arrangements, and by then I was already traveling to AEP by taxi. The transfer I paid for was not provided, and my subsequent complaint did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Please refund both booking charges and confirm the refund amount and processing date in writing. I also request reimbursement of the $100 taxi expense incurred when the booked transfer failed to materialize.

The driver was not waiting outside in a arriving hall
To make a long story short. My flight Delta was delayed for two hours. The driver should have know. After immigration. When I came out to arriving hall, the driver was absent, nowhere in sight. Mean time for the next 45 minutes or so , I withdraw Ed cash from ATM and check checked the driver again. Still he was not there. The driver was texting in a parking lot., sitting and texting through Whatsapp, later I found out Therefore I give this company 3 stars.

Private Transfer from Buenos Aires Airport (EZE): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Buenos Aires.
How much does Private Transfer from Buenos Aires Airport (EZE) cost?
+
Prices start at $26 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Buenos Aires usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Transfer from Buenos Aires Airport (EZE) take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Buenos Aires is not rushed.
Is Private Transfer from Buenos Aires Airport (EZE) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 208 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Buenos Aires, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Transfer from Buenos Aires Airport (EZE)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Transfer from Buenos Aires Airport (EZE) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Transfer from Buenos Aires Airport (EZE)?
+
Around 73 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Buenos Aires can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Buenos Aires and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Transfer from Buenos Aires Airport (EZE) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Buenos Aires within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Buenos Aires?
+
On Outty we rank every Buenos Aires experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Argentine Cooking, Wine & Beef Tasting at Argentine Experience, Historical Sherpa Food Tour of San Telmo with Street Food, Drinks, Cooking Class with Empanadas Steak & Flan by Argentine Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Buenos Aires?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Buenos Aires?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
