Absolutely disgusting. This company left my teenage daughter stranded at Athens Airport in the middle of the night. Her flight was delayed less than 2 hours. They were communicated with the whole time about the flight delay and provided flight details at time of booking. They refused to send a driver. It was appalling treatment by the company. We could not get a hold of the emergency contact person Omar after the first phone call when he told us he wasn't doing anything – he demanded we get a cab and pay (even though we'd paid him a crazy amount of money) and subsequently refused to pick up the phone when we tried to call the emergency contact number. Absolutely disgusting. Beware - do not use this compnay.

However, we believe it is important to clarify several factual points for future travellers reading this review. First, the passengers travelling under this reservation were registered as adult passengers (18+). At no point before the transfer were we informed that any passenger was under the age of 18. Had we been notified in advance that an unaccompanied minor was travelling, we would have assessed the reservation differently and taken the appropriate additional precautions. Secondly, according to the airline's official records, the flight arrived more than two hours later than its scheduled arrival time. As clearly stated in the booking conditions accepted at the time of purchase, transfers cannot always be rescheduled when a flight is delayed by more than one hour, as our vehicles continue to operate according to pre-arranged schedules and commitments to other passengers. For this reason, the reservation became eligible for a full refund in accordance with the agreed booking terms, and the refund was approved through the booking agency. We did not leave the passengers without a solution; as no replacement vehicle could be arranged at that late hour, we advised them to use a licensed airport taxi as the quickest and safest alternative. These policies are applied equally to every customer. As a professional transfer company, we have responsibilities not only to one reservation but also to our partner agencies and to all other passengers whose transfers depend on the same operational schedule. Making exceptions outside the agreed terms would inevitably affect other confirmed bookings. While we fully understand that travel disruptions can be frustrating, we also believe it is important to note that, despite the full refund being approved in accordance with our booking conditions, additional compensation beyond the agreed contractual terms was subsequently requested. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims that fall outside the scope of the service agreement. We sincerely regret that the circumstances created by the significant flight delay led to this outcome and wish you and your family all the best.
