An Unforgettable, Truly Personalized Cape Town Experience!

This tour company promises a “private and personalized Cape Town adventure tailored to suit your requirements,” and they absolutely delivered! From the moment we were picked up at the airport, we felt safe, welcomed, and completely taken care of. Every detail was handled, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy everything Cape Town has to offer. Our itinerary was incredible. We visited phenomenal wineries, enjoyed excellent lunches, experienced the breathtaking beauty of Table Mountain, and explored stunning scenery throughout the Cape Town area. What made the experience especially memorable were the custom stops and incredible views that you simply wouldn’t know about without an experienced local guide. One of our favorite surprises was getting hands-on and making our own soaps and body scrubs—a unique experience that added such a fun and personal touch to the trip. The wineries were absolutely phenomenal, the scenery was spectacular, and every excursion felt thoughtfully planned around what we wanted to experience. We never felt rushed or like we were following a generic tour itinerary. It truly felt like our own private Cape Town adventure. From airport pickup to our final excursion, we were in excellent hands. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. If you’re looking for a personalized way to experience Cape Town—from wineries and iconic landmarks to hidden gems and unforgettable views—I highly recommend this company. Five stars without hesitation.

An amazing time in South Africa

My family had an amazing time with this company. Our guide Jean was knowledgeable , professional, kind and patient. He gave us not only a great tour he explained the beautiful history of South Africa to us from a native Son’s perspective. He showed us the best places to eat and helped us get best bargains for our items. He also is an amazing photographer taking the best pictures of us! I would recommend to anyone visiting to book this private tour.

Smooth experience in Cape Town

It was our group’s first time in SA and we thoroughly enjoyed. Our tour guide Irvine was very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. He was also very flexible considering we had different departure dates among our group. We enjoyed the tours and the airbnb we got to stay in. Our time in Cape Town was amazing. We will definitely use Charmaine’s services next time we are coming back.

A visit to Cape Town, SA-Amazing and Breathtaking.

Our visit to Cape Town , South Africa was amazing and breathtaking! Shuka Shuka Tours and accommodation arranged transportation, accommodations and tour with the affable Irvine as our tour guide. Our itinerary for our short visit of 2 days included- • City Tour including Table Mountain. The view from Table Mountain was breathtaking and left us in Awe of our Grand creator- Jehovah. We had dinner at the V&A Waterfront. Then we did a full day Cape Peninsula Tour • Chapman’s Peak Drive: Scenic views. This too was beautiful and breathtaking. • Boulders Beach: Visit the penguin colony. • Cape Point: Explore the park and lighthouse. Our Guide Irvine was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was like we had known him before. If you come to Cape Town, South Africa contact Shuka Shuka Tour and Accommodations for an amazing experience. You’ll be amazed and well taken care of. One of our most memorable trips! Thank you Shuka Shuka tours and Accommodations! Lincoln, Sallema, Amoi, Amor & Bekah.

Private Tours in Cape Town: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cape Town.

How much does Private Tours in Cape Town cost?

+

Prices start at $6954 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cape Town usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Tours in Cape Town take?

+

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cape Town is not rushed.

Is Private Tours in Cape Town worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cape Town, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Tours in Cape Town?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Tours in Cape Town suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Tours in Cape Town?

+

Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cape Town can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cape Town and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Tours in Cape Town start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cape Town within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cape Town?

+

On Outty we rank every Cape Town experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Penguins Day Tour from Cape Town, Table Mountain, Boulders Penguins and Cape point Day Tour, Wine Tour: Paarl, Franschhoek & Stellenbosch incl 3 wineries. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cape Town?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cape Town?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
